I just got it literally you need to keep playing the game untill you see a green dot on your map and go to it. If the green dot is Kakashi and Guy, talk to them, Guy is begging Kakashi to fight him, but Kakashi keeps saying hes busy, so Guy wants to get his stuff done so they can fight, then you do a LOAD of tasks to help Guy get Kakashi "un-busy" then after you do this Kakashi wil give you the tool you need to unlock it and it should say you have unlocked "Insert Name Of Jutsu Here"

I know how to do with naruto. press up circle circle. then you will throw him up and then they will show you following him hitting him but he will do a substitution jutsu. then you must press circle. then even you will do a subtitution jutsu keep doing it until you win.do it 3 times to do the mission (give 3 additional blow to your opponent)
