First after you knock out the troll you will go to a place that is circled. you will see the spell book but dogs are running around it. use the lumas spell to kill them. you get the book and set it and then cut a rope that is holding a bridge with your new spell. little trolls will run down and throw them in the hole. go up the bridge and get on the wooden circle platform with a rope on it. cut it with your new spell. go through a cave like area and the troll will come back. just go up the tree to the right and head left. cross a bridge at a point and get on the wall to make sure you don't fall. go left or more toward where you came in but STAY ON THE CLIFF. you will find a part of the tree platform jump one to another and you will see an imp. knock him out and put him in his cage. destroy the little spike bushes and crawl through a little hole for the exit. a giant plant is out there and spits at you. however the teacher gets you out and gives you your grade. :)

Hi, I found this answer at the EA Games forum, by a contributor called 3M-ID. To get 100%, after you have finished the game and get 88% like we all do, go back to the herbology green house, and do the diffindo challenge again, after you get the 10 challenge shields, don't exit the challenge, instead save your game, then exit to main menu. Reload your game, you will be back at the greenhouse, you will see on your remembrall that you still have the 10 challenge shields from before, re enter the challenge and do it all again, when you've got the 10th sheild (you will see that it actually is the 20th sheild) don't exit, save the game again, then exit to main menu, and reload. Repeat this till you've obtained 100 challenge shields, when you've got 100 challenge shields, exit the challenge as normal, Professor sprout will say something, then leave the greenhouse, and go through the door back to Hogwarts grounds, save your game, and when you go to relaod you will have 100%. Why, nobody knows, but it works, and It only works with the Diffindo challenge.

Use flipendo 2 push the fire crad and every time it stands back up use flipendo keep doing this and hit him off the edge when you do a box will fall down near the gargoyle and then push the box to the gargoyle and use lumos on the gargole the little step will appear where you pushed the fire crab and then get the item boxes then goback 2 the box and push to the small gap in the groundwhere the fire crab was and a cut scene will appear

How do you kill the ghosts? I tried the lumos but it did not work
After a fire crab spews the fire flipendo it on it's back.if you flipendo again it will move. Continue casting the spell until it falls down the pit.

You go through the library annex, and to the right of the main library, there will be another door, go through there, then the section past the prefects, will be a square hole you go throw.

Sneak through the reading room and into a location where there are ladders and gaps. Beware, there are flying books and large gaps.Once you've completed the puzzle put on the invisibility cloak. Sneak through the room with prefects once more. Then lumos a gargoyle hidden in the book shelves. Climb the ladder a and follow the path with green squares and get the book.

OK don't try to get it when the kid asks you to just do what you're supposed to do. You will only get the chance later. When you go to Potions, Snape tells you to get fireflies, and then the hooded guy cracks the floor around you and you fall into some sort of basement. throw the puffapods at the trolls when they're standing on the grating and they fall through. Go through the door. I can't remember if it's this room next, but when you go into a huge dark room, look up and there is grating above you. You are in the well. The kid calls down to you and asks you if his cat is there, and follow the passageway. DO NOT WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. THIS IS YOUR ONLY CHANCE FOR THE CAT. Keep walking and break all the crates you see. I don't remember which one it is, but a few crates will contain predators. One of the crates you break will contain the kitten. Walk, but not too fast Stop at every turn to make sure she's with you, because if you go around a corner too fast she will lose you and stray off. When you get back below the grating of the well, the boy will cast Wingardium Leviosa and he will get the cat. Then he throws a card down to you.

Go in hagrid's garden. there should be a door by the staircase. you should be able to reveal the door with lumos. go in and out the crawlspaces that lie beyond the passage. once you are at the gnome garden flipendo all the gnomes and throw them down the hole. lumos the statue a green square will appear in midair. Jump on all of the squares and find the ingredient in the cave behind the waterfall. Required spells: 1. flipendo 2. lumos.

Go into the shack in hagrids garden and over in the corner by the stairs use lumos and you will see a hidden wall. once you are in go over in the big patch of grass and you will see knomes around. cast flipendo on them and pick them up and over in the corner you will see a hole. throw the knomes down the hole one by one. the locked up gargoyles cage will open and use lumos on him. green squares will apear in the sky. jump up on the roof and every time you jump on a square another one will appear. jump in the cave at the end of the waterfall and go strait forward and you should find the asphodel. hope I helped.

Beat the dogs and when he raises his hand to cast more shoot him with flipendo
Every time you use lumos on a dog for a certain amount of time they will dissapear to the ground and the sheild around professer quirrel will disappear wen this happens hit quirrel with flipendo and he will lose his concentration and no dogs will come back after you do this you will fight voldermort

First when all the dogs are running around, use a charged up lumos on them. When Quirrell starts using a spell, hit him with Flipendo as he may make more dogs. Once the dogs are gone, stand behind a stone pillar and wait for quirrell to use his spell thingy. Run away at the last second, and if you time it right, it should destroy the pillar. Get rid of all the pillars, as it stops Voldemort from using Wingardium Leviosa on the rocks. Once the rocks are gone, stand in front of the mirror, so you are protected by the mirror's beam. Let Quirrell hit you with his spell,and then use a charged up flipendo, but press X to release the spell's power. It should hit Quirrell. Repeat this until he is dead.

Im still looking for the bark, but for the 2nd you will find a door in Hagrids home that needs the key spell to open. Use the spell, and from there its simple.
BARK:
okay, if you don't have the spongify spell.. you can just leave but once you get it, go back to hagrid's garden thing. you will see the spongify symbol and jump on it. once you do that, its easy, just keep going and you will be able to figure it out from there. that's how you get the bark :)

Where's the Alohamora spell though?
Hermione asks you to find the alohomora spell book in the library after Malfoy locks you in the forbidden corridor. hope that helps a bit. Just give up and end day after you get the asphodel. that's how you get to the duel.

In the first part you have to use lumos to defeat a dog and then wait until the sield goes down and hit voldemort with flipendo. continue you ntil the cut scene comes up. The second part is harder you have to duck behind the pilers by pressing the r 1 button and the x button at the same time but I dont know what to do after that do you?

After the challenges, you meet Quirrel in a room. He is actually the enemy. To defeat him, get him to destroy the four large pillars in the room. The best way is to stand behind them, wait until he shoots, then move behind the next one. When they are all gone, you both will fall into a room with lots of rocks on the floor and the mirror in the middle. He will walk to the top of the room and shoot at you. Use the mirror as a shield (it bounces his shots back at him). After awhile he will levitate rocks at you. Again, use the mirror as a shield. When he moves to the bottom of the room, keep the mirror between you. Shoot the mirror once with Flipendo and it will swing round and you can use it as a shield again. It will not be long before he is defeated.

In the first part you have to use loumos to defeat a dog and then wait until the shield around voldemort is down and then hit him with filupendo then keep defeating the dogs and hitting voldemort. As for the second part you have to dodge the spells by hiding behind the pillars until he hits them but, I don't know what to do after that. do you?
You cast lumos on all the dogs. Bu be careful because as son as you defeat one Quierrel will take down his protection and create another one--cast flipendo at Quirrel before he has chance to do this. Once you defeat all the dogs...well, I don't know. Still working on it.
After you defeat the gytrashes (dogs), Quirell will take his turban off so that Voldemort may speak to you. Then, Voldemort will say "stop him", but a laser like beam that protects you Voldemort's blast. The mirror ONLY protects you if your facing the glass part. Voldemort will cast a spell on you, and will not affect you if the mirror is shooting a beam on you. You hold it 'til you turn blue or white then press X to shoot the spell at Voldemort, but, if you hit him, you must get closer and closer to the mirror so that it will still protect you, but the mirror can't protect you from the rocks Voldemort will cast Wingardium leviosa on.
You have to stand behind pillars then he will destroy them and he cant use wingardium leviosa
