On the chu chu rockets, when you have to launch the two rockets how come I can not hit the arrow closest to me in the center?

On the mission in ChuChu Rocket that you have to launch 2 rockets, you can only hit the button in the center bottom of the board once on your first hit, but you have to hit it twicw to finish the level. It will not let you hit that spot again the rest of the game. How do we beat this mission?

SEGA Superstars Tennis includes over 15 playable SEGA characters – like Sonic The Hedgehog, AiAi from Super Monkey Ball fame, Ulala of Space Channel 5 and Amigo from Samba De Amigo, each of whom have their own unique attributes, and superstar tennis skills.
