I think Dry Bowser, Rosalina or Mii Outfit B are the hardest to get. The rarest is Mii Outfit C, but some say that it might not exist. But no one knows how to get it.

Well, the trick is to get 1st place in all 4 races in a cup, but you have to get a really good time on each of them. I've personally been 1st place in all 4 races and still only got 2 stars, so you've just got to keep working on 1 cup till you get it right.
If you want 3 stars in a cup, then you have to get 1st place on every race, and you have to beat the opponents by alot. If you do any less, than the best you can do is 2 stars. Also, I've heard that using a bullet means you cannot get 3 stars, although I've never experienced that. If you want 3 stars online, than get 3 stars in every cup, including mirror cups.
To get 3 stars is just try to stay on i fell off once and still got 3 star, you just have to race your best -Answer by:matty03
You must remain in first place, for all four races, and then obviously finish in first. (I highly recommend using the power boost at the start of each race.
You have to beat every computer by a big gap on every course to get 3 stars.
Both A1 and A2 got it right, but you also have to hit others with your items and not get hit by coarse hazards.
You also have to drive goodly.

-use a star, bullet, or big mushroom
-do a wheelie(time it right)

It does not matter who you are they are all the same
Its how you drive not how fast people are.
The chacarter people pick does not influence the speed, handling or anything else of the car/bike. The only thing the character you pick affects is the colour of the car/bike, the wieght, and the selection.

A1 isn't right, you shoot stuff with B. Unless you want to use your power-ups, don't. I dont think that you can hop, but some races you bob up and down like on Maple Treeway you bob when you're on the net thing. Sometimes that is the same if you jump on a power-blast thingy that you can jump off (i forget what its called! :o( ) you can kinda hop a few times... I hope this helps. -Answer by:coolness1800

You can hop only when you are in manual. To hop when you are using the nunchuk, press B. To hop when using the wiiwheel, press the brake button (I forgot which button it is). To hop when you are using the Gamecube controller/Wii classic controller press B.

In sigle player you can race other miis but its just the cpu miis they arent real. if you connect to the WI-FI you can race ppl around the world THOSE are real ppl.

Well I got my friend code by downloading the Mario Kart Channel on your Wii and you click on the world thing and it should have your friend code somewhere, so ask your friend to do that, too. Then you can download them on the Mario Kart Channel, too. I hope this helps! -Answer by:coolness1800

Keep racing beat all the other cups to get mirror. to unlock retro beat the first cup on the retro line and you will get the next one
To get mirror cup you have to win all 150cc cups, I think, I can't really remember, but that's all I got.

Ok. this is tricky. in the countdown, just before they say 1, hold it down. so when they say 2 hold it down -Answer by:Hbk22dx
After 2 has been up for half a second hold in the accelarater
Press & hold the acceleration button when 2 appears on the screen for a 1/2 second
Ok here is a hard one but if you get it right you can go really fast when the countdown is about to begin hold 1 and 2 (a and b) thenwhen the timer is just about to say "GO" press a (1)
If you pay attention to the numbers at the begining, they grow before they dissapear. To get the boost, press and hold accelerate (a for nunchuk, 2 for wheel) when the 2 gets bigger. experiment a bit to see how early/late you can press it, and after a while, you get used to it and you dun need to look to get the boost.
Right after 2 ends hold the A boutton untill 1 ends

I think you should choose your Mii , if you are a medium. Medium people have the best karts and bikes. If you are medium height choose either Mach Bike or Nostalia or somethnig like that. They work best for me. And choose Manual!

If you want to do a power slide, first, you need to choose manual instead of automatic. Then, when racing, press B (when using nunchuk or wheel) and turn at the same time to drift. When the sparks turn into blue flame, then let go for a mini turbo. If you use a kart, then you can hold B for a bit longer, to change the flame to yellow. If using a bike, then you cannot get more than blue flame.

All you have to do is wait until it says to start the race THEN start holding 2. It will go faster at the beginning instaid of you wiggling side to side for 3 seconds. That only happens if you hold down 2 before the race starts. You can also do a wheelie at the VERY beginning to get a faster speed boost. Wheelies only work with bikes!
