Wii Fit
When you are on the screen that lists the various categories, i.e. yoga, aerobics, etc. as well as your timer, look at the top of the screen and you will see an animated balance board kind of waving at you - click on it and there the Ultimate test is!
When you first get on training, Move the hand on to Wii blance board and press A. -Answer by:chris478
When U are at the place where U can choose aerobics, strength, etc. move your cursor on to the wii balance board that is on the treadmill in the background

I want an answer to the same question. It's driving me crazy. Have to work out for an hour and a half to get 60 minutes of workout.
Do your training in the Wii fit plus area. You tell them how much time you want to spend and they whizz through the exercises (without all the feedback at the end of each one). NB it's still worth doing your workout in the training area occasionally because then you can see how you have improved.

Keep trying to beat your best times and carry on trying to do as well! Being able to do it consistently is far harder than being able to do it once or twice. There are also the muscle workout challenges to do. And Wii Fit Plus will be available in November, with more challenges. It will use the existing balance board. Some places have it listed for sale as a pre-order and there are some good price saving deals on the software only verison if you look around :)
Fitpiggy is the piggy bank on the bottom left of the screen on which you are given the 4 training options (Yoga, Muscle Workout, Aerobic and Balance Games). It displays the time spent using Wii fit for the current session (or it may be the current day, I forget) and in total.
Fitpiggy is the little piggy bank that records the approximate time you have been playing games, workouts etc.
