Just wait and keep playing along in the game, after a while you'll get a mission where you get rid of the wirlpools and you can pass.

Wrong you talk to some someone then he will say that find he's stick then go to the dessert then if you sniff there will a little cave then give the stick the the storm will stop -Answer by:malacacj

Go to the weatther dog and create a weather stick thing and take it to the desert then weather dog will get rid of it.

Talk to jeremy and he will tell you to find every thing to make a weather rod once you have a weather rod you take it back to the desert and he stopps it(i think)

This is simple I just recantly finished this game for the 7th time.
all you do is coninue forth in the game once you have completed the challenge with will (one of the victory gang dogs) you go to north sandy desert and just outside there will be a dog who will give you the smell of the QUICKSAND STICK. the stick is located neer the big wirlpool in a hole on the left side.

A7:

In the Desert you will find a little Black Dog. He tells you to find the Quicksand Stick. You search for it by sniffing. You have to watch out for snakes and if there's a big dip in the ground, STAY AWAY! There is a little cave in the side of a wall, if you say SEARCH, you will find it. I hope this helps you!

A little black dog will cum up in north sandy desert, dont think what hes says cos what he says is ` ittll be suiside if you go out there` then hell tell you where to go they will be a cave thing and you search I there then ull recive it and go back to the black dog and he`ll get rid of the whirl pools a the wind sand storms.

I'm not sure where you are in the game. That happened to me a couple times. I just kept roaming around, talking to all the dogs, sniffing out stuff. At one point and I went to the victory gang's house, where there was a cutscene that told me what to do next. -Answer by:belleball
