After a roller coaster crashes, is there a way to open it back up without deleting it? I went to train 1 and it said "waiting for permission to depart". how do you give permission? Please answer this ASAP! I need the help

How do you make tunnels?

Build a custom built course and on one part have it go through a FLAT dirt wall.
