A2: Hes like in the back , away from everyone , like where the bridge would be , but it wasnt by the bridge , only like that far from everyone , follow some coins , there are a lot in one area

A2: I entered the code again and it still... has this big head! its so annoying!

A4: Dont save the game then reset the playstation 2 and don't enter the pass for big head it worked for me
