A1: Go to the big tower in the midle look from there

A2: Hes like in the back , away from everyone , like where the bridge would be , but it wasnt by the bridge , only like that far from everyone , follow some coins , there are a lot in one area

A3: Go to the tower in the middle and look for a sign with a boat on it, it's near the fence
