Q: How do you get the antidote in 1st stage of shanghai showdown?

A1: You have to take the girl and pick up glass bottles and throw them to the bad guys up on the balchonies... just keep throwing bottles to the guy whos got the antidote and one of them throws it down to you

A2: You have to throw things at the chinese guys standing on the balconies at both sides (4 I think) then youll get the anti dote

A3: All you have to do is find some dimonds and through them at the bad guys whev they are highlighted . I hope I helped
