Well, since the box for Grid says "1 player," I'd have to go with "you don't" or "you can't." BTW, what the hell is "sincing?" there is no such word in my world.

Highlight the box for that license/location... then you should notice it says press 'y' for head to head
Simply got to be fast enough. I almost did it on the first attempt, but at the last chicane the prick nudged me into a pile-on. Then, took another three or four more attempts before I could do it. You must drive, almost, a flawless race. If you get behind, it is still possible to catch and pass through some places where you can out brake him but if you spin out just restart, because you lose 4-5secs. Don't fall too far behind on the last lap. Restart. Don't even bother to try and take him out, because he's like an immovable object, you'll dent your chances more that way. Just race!
Practice. If your not on the expert dificulty yet, practice the track on presteige mode with the same car one dificulty level higher, until you get in first place at least 5 times in a row. Then increase your dificulty level by one and do the same thing over again. I remember I could only race on medium dificulty at one point, but that technique got me to beat him within 3 days.
Wreck him, it takes a few minutes and a lot of restarts but it worked.

Hold down revs around the 8,000 rpm mark where the speedo is you will see four five or even six lights light up, then as the track lights go green leave for a second then aply full throttle, you should gain at least one position
