A1: You have to take out the two dolls that are floating beside her, when you see them drop to the floor pick them up before she does and equip it,shoot her with it and thats it,it may sound easy but its not also to get rid of the puppeteer strings you have to inject yourself with the syringe(if you dont do this you won't be able to aim at her)dont bother trying to shoot her cause it won't work focus on the dolls.

A2: All you do is shoot him in the head(quicker)or wherever until he falls down.quickly run behind him so his back is to you when he stands up and grab him in a choke hold.simply equip the syringe naomi gave you and press triangle when it appears on screen.voila!

A1: Dont you know you unlock it on probably the 2nd Act in the first boss fight play the game

A2: It is not in your weapon menu, it is an item so it has to be equiped on the L1 and L2 buttons.
