You have to take out the two dolls that are floating beside her, when you see them drop to the floor pick them up before she does and equip it,shoot her with it and thats it,it may sound easy but its not also to get rid of the puppeteer strings you have to inject yourself with the syringe(if you dont do this you won't be able to aim at her)dont bother trying to shoot her cause it won't work focus on the dolls.

Using your night vision goggles makes it easier. Simply follow the pointy shoes prints by looking at the floor. Be careful though as the enemy tries to trick you by carrying Naomi and by wearing her shoes and running off in a different direction. You will know you are there when you reach a tunnel entrance. The easist way is to kill vamp is this:
1. dowload the haven camo off the extras page
2. take him down with a weapon, make sure you don't move
3. next, sneak up behind him and inject him with the syringe
IF
you havnt completed the game and unlocked the extras camo the do this.
1. shoot him down until he dies once
2. hide in a spot he wont see you (make sure you have your camo on automatic) then when he sneaks the other way, sneak up behind him and inject him with the syringe. -Answer by:dark47snake
