On greece- midas's palace im in a room on round plataforms with flames cumin out of them you pull a lever the circle rises and inside is scoll head how do I get it because it go's back down by the time I get to it?

Hello :) my question is how do you get out I think it is ceasars palace? im on the mission when you have to jump on to a few plattforms and some of them have spikes and as soon as a jump at one they start to go down....how do I o to complete this mission? please help me!
