Help!
In the sims pet stories ( NOT the sims pets 2! ) , When I am in free play mode, and my sims go to work or school, they never come home!
Any idea how to prevent this? -- No rude comments please!

It can happen when one of your sims visit community lot, and another sim is at work at the time of departing. When sim goes out, time in his house does not stop, so all other sims on lot spend their time too. So if you had a kid in the school for example, he'll drag his feet home next day at 3pm )

Alice has a problem with all these pests.

What you have to do is keep training Sam OVER and OVER until he gets it. If he is not in the mood to do it, you have to wait until his needs are all up.
A1:
Go to C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Electronic Arts and delete The Sims™ Pet Stories folder. It works to reset the stephen story, but it also delete your entire story and neighborhood. You need to play again from the first story, Alice Whitt story.

You gaze at the stars turn off all the lights in your sims house and if you have any other sims in your house make sure they are a sleep Hope this helps :)

Go in to the program file called The Sims Pet Stories in My Computer,(you can search it in the search bar) and either delete it or move it to a different file somewhere else outside of the Electronic Arts File and then restart the game. It should create a new game for you to play again.
A2:
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Yourname\My Documents\Electronic Arts and delete the folder The Sims™ Pet Stories. Restart the game and it will regenerate a new folder with both stories clean and ready to restart/replay.
Try to do yoga
Yoga or meditate or click on otits and select... The Way Of the paw. I was Stuck too, until I through a tantrum and accidently right clicked on one of them.

Hi- im having the same problem :S its strange, also if I try to do yoga, all it does is just when I click on him "ask to join" in which he comes over to join then turns round to stand where he was before, I go and greet him when he comes but no goals say "greet otis" or anything, when I greet him alice says "hello can I help you" and he doesnt reply? please help!
It is already freeplay mode on the title screen where you find the stories

Hit Abor Falls on the menu. Then Hit familys in abor falls. There will be a picture of a family with a plus hit that. Then you cancreate players and play free play.
Ctrl + Shift + C at the same time
You cant cheat in the sims story mode unless you complete the the story. shift, control +c only works for sims 2 .
No, ctrl + shift + c does work in pet stories. but some of the cheats don't like the 'boolproptestingcheatsenabled true' one. you can still use ones like motharlode, kaching, etc. and yes you need to at least get to chapter 3 in Alice's story for it to work
You don't need to get into the story at all in order to use the cheat codes. I have never played the Alice story, or the other one I just went straight to Arbor Falls free play and the cheats work fine for me
Look in the goals section. If the goal says please wait, just do whatever you want until a goal comes up. Follow the goal and goals after that and then find out how to get money along the way. Remember, read whatever comes on the screen. U never know what happens if you don't.

U just have to do the goals and eventually the contest comes and you win and get rich

You can get money by pressing Shift, Ctrl and letter C on the keyboard. It should gone up with a tab at the top and put the word "motherlode" in the tab

I have five... and each one gives off 40 dollars!
Alice has a nice home, you should leave it like that.
And this way, you get more money then you really need!

I actually just have the same question and can't find the answer anywhere! I hoped if you had gotten an answer somewhere you might be able to help!

Well, it's a glitch. You have to save BEFORE that chapter, and reload it if the glitch is up.

Did you go to the fridge and click "prepare chef salad" ?

Get whoever you want to move out to go on the computer, and find there own place (you can also use the newspaper) A window will pop up and it will ask you who will be moving out with you. Don't click on anyone. Then click ok and your sim will move out. You can find them in the family bin in the neighborhood
For this game, it doesn't look like it. If there is, no one knows it yet.
Meet their aspirations, and buy energiser from aspiration awards. it will make all the bars full.
Hacks work for this game, as long as they are Sims2-Pets-compatible...

To make your sims happy. Put in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true before going into your house. Then hit shift and click on the mailbox. U gotta hit shift at the same time your clicking the mailbox.

That is the end of the story. I played it and after they came back in the limo it said "this is the end of the story from now on you run Stephen's life" or something like that
