Well, actually, yes you can. Really you can do it at any time, even if you haven't completed them. Go to Arbor Falls.
Well, Actually you can do that before you finish the two people but then again, you get better stuff when you finish them.
You can make your own familes in arbor falls even before you complete the stories
Arbor falls allows you to create families and your pets you wont have the stuff you would unlock in campaign or whatever you call it

On certain computers, you have to press ctrl+shift+windows key ( the one with the windows symbol)+ c
There's a key some where in the nighbourhood that youcan take a family off house, and delete it.
Move the family out, by clicking the picture of a family with an arrow and select the house, then the family will be moved to the "family dock" thing. to the right of that is a garbage can I think
Just click the button with the family and the arrow, click the family you want to move out, click yes when it asks you if you want to move them out, and they will appear in the Family Bin. Then click on the family and and click on the trash can next to all the families, in the lower right corner of the family bin, and click yes when it asks you if you want to delete them.
Okay, When you are in free play mode, In the neighborhood Hit "F1".
You will see a button at the bottom of the screen, "Move Family" hit that.
Click on the house that has the family you want to delete.
A message will pop up, hit "Yes"
The family is now in the "family bin"
Next you click on the block-- at the bottom which holds the family. A small/tiny little trash can will show beside other family's that are in the bin.
When you click that, a message will pop up. again. If you are sure you want the family to be gone forever, hit "Yes".
Remember, you can ALWAYS add more houses you know....

Look in the goals section. If the goal says please wait, just do whatever you want until a goal comes up. Follow the goal and goals after that and then find out how to get money along the way. Remember, read whatever comes on the screen. U never know what happens if you don't.

You can get money by pressing Shift, Ctrl and letter C on the keyboard. It should gone up with a tab at the top and put the word "motherlode" in the tab
You don't really want to sell things.
Me, I bought a money tree, that was found in Alice's reward bin....
Once you make your sim happy, you can get them!
I have five... and each one gives off 40 dollars!
Alice has a nice home, you should leave it like that.
And this way, you get more money then you really need!

I actually just have the same question and can't find the answer anywhere! I hoped if you had gotten an answer somewhere you might be able to help!

There is no load button. All you can do is load another story, then go back to it

Yes I had this same problem. What I did, and it worked, was go find the file under Electronic Arts called The Sims Pet Stories in "My Computer" and delete it. Restart the game and it should show up although I should warn you. If you did delete the file you'd have to start Alice's story again.

When you first load the game and the main menu appears choose midnight masquerade, that is Stephen's story.

You have to keep checking the newspaper and the computer for jobs. Keep doing that until one of your job options is in the Criminal career track. Then fulfill all the job requirements to get promotion to reach the top and become a criminal mastermind. :]

A sim has to die to 'create' a tombstone or urn. Then, during the night, other sims could see their ghost.

And second, sims won't do homework if they don't want to. Remember, they have a mind of their own, too!

Use the phone and click Service. Pet Adoption Service should come up, and on that screen there should be one or two kittens to choose from. You can't change their personality or their appearance, but you can name them. If this isn't possible, then you need to buy two cats of opposite genders, and Try for Kittens with them.
You can have up to six people but I don't know how many animals you can have and you get kittens and puppies by going to the phone and finding pet adoption
If you want to make your pet have kittens/puppies, you need to make sure you have a DOG HOUSE. It doesn't matter which animal it is, you then need to make sure you have a cat/dog of both sexes, once you have done this click on the dog/cat and select "Try for Offspring" if it doesn't work the first time or your pet just hisses/growls at the person/sim, it means that your sim's relationship with that pet isn't strong enough. You can have up to 7 people but I have yet to find out how many pets.
You can have six people and six pets. If you want kitten(s), you can either click on a phone and select "Call..." then "Service". Eventually a window pops up, select "Pet Adoption Service". There will then be an option of pets, large dogs, small dogs, and cats. There are usually two large dogs, four small dogs (one of which is a puppy named Female Puppy), and four cats. At least one of these cats is a kitten. Make sure that you like the personality before adopting.

Walk inside the house, then make sure that you are not on floor 2. You will see someone standing there, walk up to him and your goal will change to "Confront Reece". Click on him and you will see that option. After Reece argues with you, Thomas will run in and fight Reece and beat him. There is a dog house if you pay attention, and that is where Sam is trapped. Your goal will be to "Give Love to Sam", this is what you must do. Then you're free to take him home.

Because maybe both the genders are the same you need to have a male and a female breed in order to produce . it can be any breed as long as its the same type of animal.
You have to own a dog house and click on your pet then select something like try for baby with.. and click the pet you wish it to breed with
Because you have to have a GOOD relationship with your pet and have a dog house whether its a cat or dog and both have to be a different genders! Hope this helps!

I have completed the "Best in Show" part of the game and decided to stay in the neighborhood and free play. I have been playing Alice Whitt's home (the character that stars in the guided play portion) and every time she reaches the top of her Career and gets the lifetime platinum, she can't use the phone. Not the cell or the wall phones. If I tell her to use it, the cue goes up, but then it goes away without her ever making the call. I can't delete the wall phone at any time during the free play, even prior to her going platinum. Is there a way to fix this?
