You unlock the free play houses and make a sim move in there and then phone them and slowly flirt and stuff and eventually you can propose and get married and perhaps have a kid

Yes you can just keep kissing each other

To unlock everything (objects) you have to put the cheat nome in ( down, L, Z, R, left, X)
then you have to enter down, Z, up, Y, R.
then you have to enter down, Z, up, Y, R.
