How do I get out the window in her room , I have the key and the marbells?

If you already have the marbles & the key then you should be able to just walk up to the desk in front of the window again, & press Y to step up & then press Y again to open the window. If the Y icon does not appear walk a little closer to the desk/window & it should become available.
