Yes, I am too. The cheat that I've found seems to apply only to the X-box 360
It's the 360 cheat, not the Wii cheat. Anyone come up with it yet?
At start screen press:
red yellow blue red red blue blue red yellow blue
to unlock all songs

The wii cheat needs to be entered on the giutar at the title screen where it says press + ok here it is : red,yellow,blue,red,red,blue,blue,red,yellow,blue
I am new to this game and have tried to enter that cheat code several times - can someone walk thru it in a little more detail - do you press start with the wiimote and then enter the code? or do you enter the code on that screen BEFORE you hit the start button? - does this work for any type of play - solo, quick play - multi player quick play?

The r,y,b,r,r,b,b,r,y,b crap doesent work on any screen not even the one that says press + to start
I couldn't get the code to work either for our Wii. Then the neighbor kid came over and unlocked it on the drums. He did one thing different and so far it works all the time. The sequence is the same as what is reported, but it just adds one additional Blue at the end. So its R,Y,B,R,R,B,B,R,Y,B,B . Try it and see. Maybe the unlock code is different depending when you purchased your RBSE software.
U have 2 go to options first and turn off auto save then put in the cheat code on the press + page r,y,b,r,r,b,b,r,y,b

- Wireless guitar

- No tours or sets to play (which, upon reflection with the group, is a real downer...)
- Guitar hero gibson guitar not compatible
- loading times for songs seem longer than xbox
- no online facility to get new songs (though you can buy the song packs)
I first played Rock Band at a mate's house on an Xbox. I loved it! We have a wii, so we invested, and it is totally worth it, cos its such good fun, but if I owned Xbox and Wii, we'd be rockin it up on the xbox.

Did you pulg in its wireless thing its in the box
Check the back of the guitar, there is a small on/off switch. Or check the batteries in the guitar and replace them.
What I do, is I keep pressing the guitar icon until the screen on your TV says :Pi studios.when it says that, it should be working.
Turn the guitar off on the back switchey thing, then wait until the opening video starts, then turn it on again. If that doesn't work, try pressing the button on the thing you plug into the concel, then press the small white button under the flassing one after you've turned the guitar if it hasn't been working before. One of these thing should work.

You have to buy another rockband guitar seperate. Rock Band guitars and guitar hero guitars dont work together on wii

You can't but it's 100% true that you can do that works on ps2. my cousin has a full set just because be has a guitar hero 2 guitar and he somehow hooked it up on rock band

Yes... go to solo.
I had same problem at first.. (i have v1)
when you want to play solo mode, you need to navigate using the instrument that you want to play. (i.e. the wii remote is linked to the microphone so using the microphone will activate the singing solo)
for guitar solo go to the main menu and use the guitar to select the solo mode
hint: green = accept, red = back and use the up and down buttons to change selection
