Hello. My family and I rented it and had the same problem, but my father and I discovered that, with the primary remote, you need to press the HOME button, point at the bottom of the screen and press A, and press A at RECONNECT on this next screen. Wait until the next screen comes on, then hold 1 and 2 with the primary remote (or whichever you want as the "First" controller) until it registers (the remote will shake a bit and it will be indicated on the screen), and repeat sequentially for all other remotes (I think it is up to four). Once you finish this process, press A at CLOSE (you may need to go to the HOME page first), and on the TopSpin screen where only one remote was ACTIVE, you will now be able to drag and use the others. I hope it works for you. Good luck and enjoy! - Kelly

No you cant...u have 2 use a wii remote and nunchuck

You can increase the difficulty when selecting your opponents. There are buttons under the picture to change outfit as well as difficulty levels. The default is easy, but you can change that to normal, Hard and Very hard. Your opponents will play much better starting at hard level.
A1:

Keep hold of the C button aswell as the B button and fling the wii remote up and have to get the line inbetween the two bars
A2:

When you are serving, hold down C and B, then do a serve like you would do it normally. The bar meter is smaller though so it will be harder than a normal serve but if you get the timing right it will be a super serve!

It is a wierd system in Top spin, you have to drag and drop the other controllers to get another player in, similar to dragging and dropping the courts, players.

I answered a similar question above. Good luck and enjoy! - Kelly

Just put the wii remote in your right hand and chuck in left and swing as normal even if your using a right handed player you"ll still make the shot.
A2:

I think you can hold it in your left hand if it is more comfortable, and the remote and console will sense the swings the same way as for the right hand. It does not know which hand is holding the remote it can tell only the direction of motion when you swing. I am not sure if the kind of swing (forehand or backhand) will change depending on which hand you use it only senses left-to-center swings (backhand for righthanded people, forehand for lefthanded people) and right-to-center swings (forehand for righthanded people, backhand for lefthanded people). I hope this is not too confusing! There may even be preset professional player choices that will be portrayed as lefthanded if those actual professionals are lefthanded, if this interests you at all. I suggest browsing and experimenting with the game and reading the on-screen tutorials. I hope this is helpful. Good luck and enjoy! - Kelly
