Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath
As well as air defence I found a lot of rocket squads really helped. I kept them grouped and kept building more squads.
As the black hand I built 5 mantis's about 4 spectors a commando and a few flame tanks, I also had my nuke fully charged....this took me about twenty minutes.....once is had my army I headed north and released my nuke on the enemies main building structure and just picked them off one by one from there, traveler 59's air assaults will be devestating so make sure to have a good air defense
I made an outpost at the blue tib field near your starting base then it is wise to take out traveller's harvestors and make loads of outposts for money then try to take out his defences along with his outposts. I was playing as reaper-17 at the time because reaper harvesters are shielded and scrin faction have infinite recources
The best tip I can give is the same for all the Challenge missions. Capture tiberium spikes, make outposts away from your main base and send about 10 engineers around the side of the enemy base as you launch an attack. For some reason, the computer will do everything in it's power to capture those spikes back, destroy your outposts and kill your engineers while almost completely ignoring your masses of troops and your main base. Maybe a glitch in the unit priorities....?
What I do if I played as nod is having lots of venom's because most of them don't attack air units
In my opinion, I had the easiest time just rushing them with GDI, build some tanks, apc's and some of those repair bases, keep pushing up and you'll get them in no time, reason why their so hard is because around their base is nothing but blue tiberium, so rushing them will negate that quickly. GL
If your the scrin assemble a load of carriers and devastators and attack the the same way the attack you the will shot down the enemy warships without the enemy ships ever making a threat to your base and your devastators while annihilate any ground force if you want to make sure nothing get's through put them all together and use the carriers ion storm for increased effectiveness.

If you r playin as scrin or traveller 59 build a huuuuuuuge air force of 6 planetary assault carriers and 12 devestator warships take out the power and the rest should b easy they should b runnin for cover

Fly your shadow teams into the island with the turrets on the oposite side of the bridge.(where the first refinery is, jus fly over that liittle river right next to a building) destoy powerplants wit shadow teams and walk your commando in tru the bridge

Select youre MCV, Then click left or right on the D-Pad, More options should come up. It took me a while to figure it out too.
Dont have anything selected then press RT and go on the second house picture as the first one is for structure building. you will find anti infantry/vehicle/air defences

Build 3 cranes then have the 1st 1 done make a refinery then do the same with the others. -Answer by:kelick60
In my opinion, the best way to earn resources quick, is to build more than one tibirium centers... and about 4 or more harvesters.. Also look around the map and guard and defend any of the towers that give you resources.
If your in a team match then make a crane then two refineries then place them at your base then make two more and place them at your teams base.
note: you can build at your teams base but only near his/hers MCV

Just to throw a wild card in the air, just play it long enought until you possibly find out the right way, doing a crane as the first move leaves you open for an attack against your harvestors early in the game for online, Honestly speaking just out of my opinion I do not recommend building 3 cranes early, thats 45 secs, withing that time he/she probably already has a war factory pumping out an early assault against your harvestors, a nono. Check out the forums for this game through google, thats probably the best or asking online IN THE GAME if your able 2. I don't advise any of the tips above unless its and offline skirmish. #1 leaves you very open with no scouts or tib field gain #2 IS ON THE RIGHT TRAcK BRAVO! #3 why steal your teammantes money to strengthen yours? would've he get mand at you becasue he wants it just as much as you do? unless you2 worked something out as a real tactics, I wouldn't like you # 4 like above in #1 and also a slight add on 1 refinery to be shared with 7 harvestors total? very slow. 2 refineries in 1 tib field with total of maybe 5 or 6 harvestors in it sounds and performs great to me. after that build about four laser turrets and one shredder turret. then build sabatours and take the tiberium spikes allong the cost above your base. and dont worry they shouldn't get attacked. next continue maintaining and fortifying your base and continue building. also you should get the quad turret upgrade from the opperations center. AND
DO NOT ATTACK THE STEEL TALON BASE.

When I done the second mission I built a heavy defense around my base (laser and anti air turrets) then I destroyed the talon base then took over the science facility. not as many units attack you if you destroy it.
Okay so you first build up a lot of defence and then build a lot of power plants and next build a war factory and a barracks and a airbase and then build a lot of troops and then attack.

When I play against scrin I find it easy to get air units in the battle first coz scrins troops cant hit air units and only 1 vehicle unit can hit air units.
also the scrins planes can hit air units so watch out. but I find it easy to beat em with a full army of air units! :)

Use apc's with all units the can be garrosined inside then take out all the turrets leathel to tanks after that their buzzer turrets cant touch you and plus side they shoot down aircraft I use this a lot to beat my alien opponets. -Answer by:C and C fan
I find it easiest too use the black hand because their fire seems to do more damage all around exspecially after the upgrade from the shrine

You click on your mcv and click right on the d-pad and more options should come up
Select your MCV and pull RT then click on the second house. NOT THE ONE ON TOP.
To unlock shredder you need to build power plant, for lazer build barracks and for obelisk you need tech centre ok?
A3 that's not what he meant. just hold the right trigger and go to the bottom icon. press "A" on it and it should show turrets and others

Kanes challenge is different from skirmish or online play. you must be sure to destroy every structure that the enemy has, that includes out posts, defenses, power plants etc. any thing that the enemy builds blow it up, and if that doesn't work kill all enemy units as well and if that doesn't work then your games is defective.
Its only buildings so take out the enemy buildings I had to play a game for about ten mins after beating to find the last building try air units.
I was on the last mission on gold/hard and I was looking for one turret hidden in some trees it took me an hour to find it
I have the save problem now I searched for almost 2 hours for that building but I cant find it, I already blow everything up that the enemy had build but I still can't go to the 3 level.can someone please help me
U have to blow up the biulding next to the field in the middle (the one that gives you build radius) also in other missions you have to blow up those buildings that you can capture that you can make men out of

Make an engineer.select it. make sure theres no fog of war on what you want to capture. with engineer selected place your cursor over what you want. 3 flashing arrows pop up, press a. also I feel you should find a different type of game to play
