Alone in the Dark WII Q&A

A1:

Go to the lowest floor, I think it's -3, the one with the many bad guys. There is an intact car you can get on. Use this to kill most of the baddies (you are save in the car), so that they won't interrupt you afterwards. Then take the fire extinguisher and use it on the burning car. You can roll it aside afterwards and use the other car to drive through the (closed) gate behind it. Drive up to pickup your fellows and follow the exit signs.

A2:

You have to go back to the section where you came out of the lift, where the zombies are and you have to kill them with a chair or anything you can pick up, then look around the hall for a little room with cabinets and a dead guy. On the floor next to the dead guy you should see a gun, pick it up and shoot the lock off the cabinet and get some ammo then proceed onto the parking garage.
Now after you've killed all the zombies look around for a fire extinguisher and put out the car thats on fire and push it away from the garage door. Look around the car park for a car that works and smash through the garage door with it. You can now drive straight over the fire thats covering the top of the spiral drive way and collect your passengers.

A3:

Go all the way down to the bottom, there will be a spot where you can pass through a car door to another side. go through the door on the right and get the fire extinguisher. put out the car that you just saw on fire. push it from behind out of the way. Use the fire extinguisher to smash open the garage door you just cleared up. find a car and hotwire it. drive up to the top. from there on you can I kinda forget what to do, but I remember that instead of using the fire extinguisher to open up the other garage doors you just drive through them.

A4:

Find an extinguisher by the left wall. use it on the burning car in front of the big exit door. push the car out of the way go get a car and drive through the door

A5:

Ther is an intact car that you can drive. also one you just pass through,in this you will find a gun in the glove department. if you close and re-open this you will find more ammo(this only happens once) You have to find the fire extenguisher (as explained in the other answers) and put out the car. move it away and drive into the gate . you have to hit it a couple of times at speed. then when you are at the top of a spiraling path STAY IN THE CAR you will meet back up with the others . follow the exit signs untill you reach a cutsean repeating the "smash the door in" technique.

I got thru the sewer but am stuck with NO GUN but found the extra ammo at the top of the ladder. Once I jump down into that pit with that mutant, I have NO GUN still. I can't reach the ladder thus can't shoot the mutant in the glowing spots...Must I go thru the sewer in the dark to keep the gun?

I'm in an old elevator, that won't work, with Sarah. I can get above the elevator and there's an iron rod. The iron rod is useless, 'cause I can't get it down. Everytime I try to jump down, I seem to loose it.
There's a hatch in the elevator, and another one above it. There's an lock on it, and when I shoot it, a rope falls out. So now I can climb down and there's this metal door. So I wondered if I needed the iron rod to open it, but I'm not sure.
I would really appreciate some help :o

I find myself looking at a stone pillar in the center of the room with strange looking hyroglifics, I know I have to light two that look the same with my flashlight and move the pillar so its facing the next door but this is were I'm stuck. this room is long, has a swervy path with lit tourches on the right wall, a riddle[Were the flames bends, The path extends]on the left wall and a silver plate at the end wall. what do I do? thanks for helping

In the room where the girl is in the red dress. There is like a table with a globe on it. I used the globe on the doorway and drop all the way down. climb back up to balcony. Grab on to electrical wire. Swing and swing until I reach other balcony back in the outside area I started from. I keep getting stuck there or dying. A1:

Im not sure. im stuck here too. there's obviously a way into the train because there is a hole in the roof of iti think you might just have to get to the right hight on the rope going t the helecopter and jump at the right moment

A2:

U need 2 get pretty low, so that wen you sing you can reach the door of the train, when you do you should be hanging on to the top of the train, press minus and you will go to a cut scene

A3:

You will have to move a little lower on the same level as the train. swing to your right then left and jump onto the train.

A4:

Theres a line on the cliff, when the helicopter falls you will be right above it, go below it and go to the right then swing left and you will be able to jump on top of the train

A5:

I keep following these directions. They make sense, I even see the minus sign appear at one point, but all he does when I hit the minus sign is push away from the wall. I've spent way too many hours on this part of the game. Either it's a glitch or just really dumb. Time to move on to another game.

A6:

OK, make sure, you're low enough firstly. Wall run back and forth to pick up momentum, then right at the end of the swing press B. This should drop you onto the train roof, then you just need to press - to pull up.

A7:

It was kind of hard for me but I got it,make sure you don't get hit with anything then when the Helli nose is facing down move down on the rope then swing the rope until you get close enough to the train where you see the - sign then swing to the same spot again then jump off and quickly press the - button and you did it. Careful though, the zombies that are the ones that try to pummels you to a pulp are there[multiple]just use the spray and lighter it will do the trick

I am near the ned of the game. I go into this room with spiked walls on both sides, there is a pair of "light sensors" on the wall as well. There is also a wooden thingy that needs to be moved in order to trigger the light sensors so that you can go up. I would then trigger the light sensors and run towards the platform to go up. I can't make it by running or running then jumping. I keep jumping up instead of forward. Been at this for quite awhile, can anyone help? Cheers.

Hi, I'm at the beginning of the game, swung across various ledges etc & got to a balcony & gone into the room which has a fire raging underneath it & I can see a door below me & a door at eye level.
