Well there is two ways... ONE: you beat success mode and you get to change your guy however you want him but not atributes. TWO: you got to my data on the main menu screen then go to edit player then you just edit a player and you can custimize him however you want and you can also change his atributes to be all the way up... but you have to change a major leage player.

It becomes available for purchase after you play season mode atleast up till the beginning of november 2007 and then save your career and quit, you should see a window with a girl telling you what you unlocked be warned though the arrangement team season ticket is seriously expensive and as far as I know there arnt any good ways to make enough money to buy it early on in the game so you might have to play through years of season matches before you can even come close to purchasing it.

After the first season is played through in season mode, it will be unlocked. it is extremely expensive though, but I suggest doing success mode because if you beat success mode you get 6000 power points each time you win.
Ok the easiet way I found was to get level two book worm and work for some money get your contact to about high c low b bring your power up do not worry about the three other skills like fielding and e res work trajectory contact and power that way wen you make contact you got power to get home runs and never ever go team capitan it will kill you for finshing I got a whole team on the succes style
It is easy, get lv. 1 bookworm, work up contact, trajectory, and power. If you are having a hard time doing well in games, get a girlfriend and make her a special person in your life (keep going out with her and pleasing her) and you will automatically win, no matter how bad you do. especially if your girlfriend is becky. to get girls you:

To control fatigue levels have a rotation of about five or six people and have a spot starter and reliever. Make sure your rotation has good stamina so they can last longer for less stamina.
