Check the rules for the season and then compare them to your car then see if there's anything on your car which doesn't abide to those rules!
You need to use at least one set of hard and soft tyres for every race, but if it rains it doesnt matter
In a race you have to have both soft and hard tyres on, unless it's raining, in which case you're allowed to have inters/wets for the whole race or inters/wets for 1 pitstop and whatever you want for the rest of the race. If it's not wet you have to have both hard and soft tyres

Between 36/38% for the front wing, 40/41% for the other. Let your pilot drive fast with soft tyres and he will be happy...

Use the practice sessions do what your drivers tell you if one says raise the front wing and your at say 30, raise car one to 32 and car two to 34 that way you can cover a larger range quickly, same for rear. eventualy they will tell you they are happy. the wing settings for a track NEVER change. so take the time to do this once and record it.
Side note most tracks have a Dry/moderat rain and heavy rain setup for the wing. so try to work out all three on those tracks that need it. just be careful to listen to your drivers. you can tell them to drive slow so you dont wear the car out while in practice.

Hi, you can open it using wordpad/notebad, edit the file and save it in exactly the same place with the same file name and extension (.dat) Easiest is to press CTRL+S when you're done editing. Hope this helps!

If they're not actually "crashing" and retiring with car damage, it's because a car part is too badly worn. (You need about 25% of the bottom bar left)
