Where is the game Loud Mouth, I have all but 8 items, 51/59 gifts and can not find Loud Mouth as stated in the instruction booklet.?

Honestly, I just spoke gibberish into the speaker...i think it's just random
It is random it goes through so many different answers until it asks you do you like my hat? then touch the screen and it will go through a little animated showing of a key unlocking a lock and it will give you the swami hat for you to use or not. Then if you have everything in the redemption booth you will be awared the carnival crown! YAY good luck!
I just asked for the hat on the first question and received it. I asked, can I have your hat and it unlocked it for me.
It may be different for anyone ealse but it took me 23 times to get it. I just kept asking her until she said "do you like my hat".
All I did was ask it once and it gave me the hat

The best way to beat spilled milk is by being more quick than accurate. The faster you throw the ball, the better your chances.

You need to herd the 3 chickens into their pens, take all 6 pictures, play with the little girl on the seesaw, play the radio game (located on the park bench near the little girl), Get the blue butterfly on a flower, play the bee game (located to the left of spilled milk on tree), get the monkey in the barrel by shooting gallery, and I think that's it
Find a cat then south east of it there will be a ball keep pressing on the ball with the stylus until it gets to the cat you will unlock lil' sheba.
Go in, turn left and next to loud mouth on floor is a ball of orange string, tap it to roll it to the cat to the left of dunk tank
Near the front at the entrance there is a blue butterfly keep tapping on it until it lands on the flower then tp on it when it is on the flower and you get butterfly wings
Take ya pic on the boards with bodies on
A remote on the floor tap it to get gizmo
Harass the blue butterfly at the fron of the park to get blue butterfly wings.
Find a butterfly, follow it until it lands on a flower then tap on it!

I just played this one. its the third prize in Nerves of Steel (electro shock) game. hope this helps!
Actually, I just won it about 20 min. ago. You have to play Nerves of Steel ( the wire and electricity one) and Get past the 3rd level. It is pretty hard at first, but you'll get it eventually.
You have to take your picture at each of the cutouts. if you cant find the sixth one, look in front of the alley ball
The Buzzer Game. (3rd Level)
I haven't beat that level either. I learned if you turn your DS sideways it makes it a little easier. The other games are hidden. For example, the bee game is hidden on the right side of the board near the top. When walking around the beehive is hanging in the tree. There is also a radio on the right side that you have to click on. There are several cutouts that you need to be photographed behind and you have to chase the chickens into the pens. Don't forget to play the bubble gum game and ask the Swami four questions.
I don't know what you have done but here's a few that I found. there is a bubble gum game just south of the shooting gallery (you have to blow a bubble).there is a bees nest just to the left of spilled milk (double tap the nest to start the game--catch honey). you have to round up 3 chickens (tap the chicken to get into pen then tap pen to close). play with the little girl next to the see-saw. play with the cat (hit the string towards it). there are also 6 souvenier pictures that you have to take. there are stand up things that you stand behind and hit a to snap pic. If anyone has more tips please let me know as I am stuck on Great swami. Does it do anything like the Wii version? the shock game I beat by just running the stylis on the line. Good Luck
The great swami- just ask four questions.
The other tips provided above are great! Don't forget to tap on the barrel, just above the where the cat is, with the monky popping out of it. This will unlock the Organ Grinder!
Steady Hands is really what it takes. Don't forget to kick the yarn ball over to the cat and follow the butterfly and tap it when he lands. Also if you play with the girl on the see-saw you get items
I just finally got the third level after a million tries...turn off the music...it sykes you out...
Do your BEST not to tuch nothing for the longest time bevause at the end is where it gets the hardest on level three dont tuch nothing and dont try to go to far ahead just go slow and steady and move with the way the wire is going...calm and stedy wins the race
What I did, was turn the DS upside down whilst playin, it helped me.. because you can then actually see where your goin (Y).. hope that helps x
Get a pair of wings and put them on and use them and click on the butterfly instead of waiting for it to land

A good way to win the bubble game is to go slow... make sure you are looking at the top screen and blow only short strong breaths when the light is green, and don't worry about losing air because if you blow every time its green you will get there but it takes time and patience.

Wait until you have all the items and thenleave the ds in a quite place then press ok then she will say ''do you like my hat'' then she will give you the hat
There are pictures sticking from the ground. notice that they have curves on the top? stand behind it and take a picture. complete all six pictures then you will get the dragon wing.
You find dragon wings by taking all the pictures
Go to all the little photo stands and take a picture at each one
Take your photo on each photo thing with a curve for the head then go to the game called alley ball and in front of it should be a picture of a dragon, take your photo there and you will receive dragon wings

You need the headlamp from the hats, the doctor shirt, doctor pants & the booties from the shoes..

You pay 5 tokens and get cotton candy, cotton candy makes your little person go faster like what happens when you have wings
Buy the cottan candy. it puts you on a sugar rush so that you can go somewhere quickly
By paying 5 tickets, it makes your avatar go a bit faster. But, to save tickets in the long run, buy it in the redemption booth for 75 tickets!
You can also buy the cotton candy at the inventory and then you can use it as much as you want for free!
You pay for the candy and then you can go mega quick

U dont mwahahahh ok really it auto saves, but try to play a game then turn off
Ok to save a game . click the start button right next to the screen and a yes or no question will come up, just click yes.

Its wierd that I still kepp my 9999 tickets when I play the swami game
When your on the screen where your walking around at the bottom of the screen theres a little door with an arrow click on it and click yes if you want to quit and it'l automatically save
What you need to do is go to the quit button in the bottom left corner press that and then yes then it should save it xxx
Well if you press b then click yes it will save
When you are done playing there is a littlearrow on teh bottom left corner you click on it and it says do you want to quit and put yes and you can turn it off
Press start then it will ask you to quit say yes
You press start and quit.
What you do is you see the doors closing in the bottom left hand corner of the screen!? You click that and it auto saves
