You have to beat the buzzer game, you need a steady hand. It was the last game I beat, took me ages!
Hear a good skill you can use turn the ds the other way round it might help
You have 2 get the 3rd prize on the Nerves of Steel game.... it took me awhile but if you want you can turn the NDS the other way! it might help

You have to unlovk everything in the redemption booth and to get the great swamis hat you just have to say do you like my hat

You have to win every prize and unlock every item in every game and buy all items in dressing room then you will win the carnival crown

After you have brought all the prizes and won all the prizes you are given the crown after you have the crown and all the prizes I don't know what you have to do then because there is still four blank boxes with nothing in them

Its all about quickness with the milk bottles the quicker you are the more chance you have believe me this 1 took me a while stuck on swami 2 ask him four questions I have tried that ?

You hafto do it quicker and it quicker i.e. on the first throw you have a lotof time on the last time you gotta do it quick I think the quicker you do it the more power you throw the ball with.

First get 375 tickets, ask questions until you have none left and you should of unlocked the hat.

Umm.... The only way to get tickets is to play games. If you have fifteen tickets, play Loud Mouth (on your map it is a megaphone) and blow into the microphone on your Nintendo D.S. if you are lucky, you might land on 50 tickets! This is a great way to get tickets with minimal work. Also, name your person ZZZCD, to start out with 9999.
You CANT, the most you can win in any game is 15 and unless you want to enter the cheat code, you have to earn every single ticket, I hope you have ALOT of TIME.
