NCAA Football 09
The modern 4-4 evolved as a response to balanced option attacks. Run straight up against the triple option, it gives you 2 DIVE men (ILB, DT), a QB man (DE), and a PITCH man (OLB)... all at the LOS (line of scrimmage). While it's been said that the perfect triple option play cannot be stopped, don't buy it. You can take it away by adding a safety or spreading the line out. What makes it so deadly is the ability to make a slight adjustment to another option play (speed, lead or quick) or a play action (option) pass. If you're having that much trouble beating him on the sticks, you're going to have to open yourself up to another kind of attack in order to stop it. If you mix it up (bringing a safety, corner, OLB, line stunt), you'll make it more difficult for him to predict how you'll combat it from play to play. When in doubt, make the QB keep it... and beat the daylights out of him. Few teams in NCAA ’09 have a backup worthy of the system.
You have to be able to audible(QB Spy, QB Contain) certain players before each snap. If you cant do this, then you wont be able to stop a good option attack.
The best thing for the option that I have found is with a 5-2 defense using a flat zone, but beware it does leave you wide open for the long pass
Run a QB spy
Qb spy and be the middle l/b stops it everytime
I have found the most success with 3 3 5
I found that using the 46 bear defence is the best, but you got to bring pressure on the line and put your cbs on man coverage
The best thing I found it to spread your defense. Shift your linebackers and defensive line to a spread audible. After that, blitz your outside linebackers. To use this you have to have confidence in your defense to stop the option. Trust me this really works, I always run this defense because I have a little cousin that runs only option plays.
You can do this in a lot of sets but if you have a fast end give him a player sub to the far side flat and use the man on the running back to follow the play the DE should hit the QB and you wait with the man between them and pick the ball off...Its a user thing more than letting the play run but its effective
Put the line backer in spy and use your end or outside backer and contain
Iced means when your power meter comes up it will be covered in ice where you cannot see it very well. Its easy to make them still if its straight on. But how you do it is... It has to be near halftime or near the end of the game. You then call a timeout and that will ice your opponent's kicker. Making it harder for him to make a field goal by making him feel the pressure.
Icing means when the pressure is on the kicker to kick a last second field goal with very little time remaining in either the half or the game and the defense calls a time-out. In order to do this just call a time out before they attempt the field goal and you will know if you did it correctly because the camera angle changes and they kicking meter appears to be frozen.
In 4th quarter, when the kicker is kicking, right before he kicks call a timeout. Then when he comes out to kick it, he has a more difficult chance of making it.
Iced is when you call a timeout before the kicker gets to kick a field goal. You do this so that they arent warmed up because they practice kicking on the sideline you do this to throw them off.

You have to rip the sound to your xbox from a CD. This will then allow you to make a playlist (outside of the game). Once youve done that, go to myncaa and create a playlist and name it. Then add that to your custom stadium sounds

Get madden 09 and go to superstar and import legend
A1:

You can simulate the game on campus legend and dynasty to get major points
A1:

It asks you before you start your dynasty if you want to create names for your players. Answer yes.
The general rule for blocking an extra point is counting to 3 in your head then running full speed at the kicker. You use you far outside player to the right. Do not hit the dive button just simply run into the holder. You will get a speed boost if you do it right when you can jump the snap
Get on your right DE and move down to the nose guard and the key part is to rush out not in and you will block it 40% of the time
Here is a better answere...its a glitch I learned..pull the far guy to the nose gaurd but before aproaching the line pull and hold the left trigger..if you do that you jump the snap as soon as you see that press x and dive and you have a higher chance of blocking kicks...
A1:

In dynasty at the end of the season you will get offers from other schools like three schools and a choice of an extension
A1:

If you are a quarterback you cant impact block only hit stick when the defense has the ball but how you impact block (with some1 besides the quarterback) is just push the right stick up this also how you hit stick, highlight stick, juke and of course impact block

I would like to know is how to tranfer my players on ncaa football 09 into madden 09?
A1:

First off you need to buy madden 09 of course then you have to create a campus legend or you can create a player then go to campus legend then it will ask you to create a legend if you want create a legend do this (but WARNING if you do this there is no telling how good your player is going to be and if you want your player good but you want to create a legend try joining a team with a very good player at the position your at and that player as starter this will give you a good overall and attributes) or you can do it as an existing player (if you create a player but you dont have to use your player you can use other people too but if you do create a player if you really dont fell like going through all the seasons, when you create your player you would put him on his junior or senior year really doesnt matter which 1) if you pick junior then when the season is over it will ask you if you want to export to madden nfl 09 or play 1 more year select export player to madden nfl 09 and if you are a senior then it will ask you to export or stay to be a coach and go to dynasty its all up to you you chose
A1:

Go to main menu go to my ncaa then go to my shrine then go to the pennant collection

The best way tp defend a shotgun passing (4 or 5 Wideouts) is Nickle Package. Against the CPU the COVER 2 ZONE play works and against another player go with Nickle Package CB Blitz
A1:

You can only temporarily boost your attributes for that week, and if you practice enough you gradually get better, but during the offseason you get better no matter what. to become first string, if you arent already, you just have to go through practice and you will gain points to make you the starter, this also gives you a lot of permannent attributes once you are first string
A2:

Join a team with a superstar at your position, each time you move up the depth chart your ratings raises higher than those of the guy you've passed. I became 98OVR freshman receiver at texas tech.
A1:

Just move your control stick to one of your players or sometimes when the person you are on it will say "go celebrate with the mascot" so just run over then and it will do the rest
It depends on what offensive style you play. I use a balanced offensive playbook and run a few sweeps but mostly run play action that gives me at least one check down reciever in the flats. I've found that long sustained drives tend to wear down a defense so the team I use with online play is Florida State. Strong D, Good Recievers, Balanced and Scrambling QB, Fast RBs, and extremely fast FB.
I would have to go with Ohio State. They have an amazing RB, a pretty good QB, decent receivers and an amazing defense.
If you want to dominate in this game, play with Florida. Of course, you have Tim Tebow @ QB, Demps and Rainey, several good wide recievers. But the overall gamebreaker, best player on the game, is by far Percy Harvin (#1). When you use Florida's playbook on offense, you have several plays that you can use and modified formations that you won't see on other teams. One of the best strategies in the game is to mix it up in the Gator Heavy formation by putting Harvin (#1) in at QB (this is done by selecting the Gator Heavy formation and then pushing the right joystick over to the right, one time). He is an absolute beast. Not only is he the fastest player on the game, but he can also throw the ball pretty effectively. If you use him on pass plays, make sure you pick or audible into a play that has short routes, comeback routes, or crossing routes over the middle. Running with him is easily performed. Simply put him in at either QB or Running back by using the right stick on any formation, and choose a running play that attributes to his speed, more specifically, the option (as QB or RB), or a power run between the tackle and tight end, or a sweep. He is also made very effective if you use him as a wide reciever. Put him in motion to either side, and hot route him into a fly route by pressing the Y button before the snap, pressing the button that shows up over his head, then pressing Up on the left stick. The last three tips I have are really crucial: On kickoffs, put him in recieving the kick instead of #8. You will more than likely house a kickoff at least once in a game. Secondly, he is very effective if you use him in a screen pass as a RB. Lastly, the Florida defense is almost unstoppable if you run Zone. Choose Dime 3-2-6, Cover 3 (the play that is on the bottom left of the page when you select the correct page of the book.) Press Y before the snap and then press the right stick down, press Y again and press the left stick down. This gives the corners a possibility of Bump and Run even though they are in zone, which can turn into a pick easily. If you use these tactics, you will be a beast in no time. I've only been beaten once with Florida out of 37 games, the only game I lost was to a guy that had Florida State, and he had found a glitch or cheat in the game to where he ran his #18 wide reciever on a fly route on the right side of the formation and blooped it to him, and the reciever is 6'6 so he just jumped straight up to catch it every time. He beat me 63-59.
Personally, I hate Florida in real life. (Go Figure) =)
ROLL TIDE ROLL!

I would have to go with Florida. The only thing is, if you want a fast running back you would have to sub in #8 or either #25, both their speed is a 95. Their wide receivers, led by Percy Harvin(#1) is one o f the best recieving core in the nation. And the defense is incredible!... And Tim Tebow(#15), nothing more to say!
West virginia has the fastest hb/qb combo in the game.
Definitely WEST VIRGINIA. With Pat White and Noel Devine you can't lose. Even the WR are good.
Pat White is the best! GO Miami Dolphins!

This one is easy! OBVIOUSLY UGA! they are the #1 team in the nation and game for a reason.
good RB: can't get better than knowshon moreno
decent receivers: #1 mohammed massoquoi has great hands, #85 demeko goodman is as fast as percy harvin and jeremy maclin, and the TE tripp chandler can catch too!
great defense: They have the best pair of cornerbacks in the country (look at their overalls and speeds!)
they also have some of the fastest and hardest hitting safeties and linebackers in the country including C.J. byrd and dannell ellerbe and they have an all-american DT named geno atkins that dominates (like 96 overall or something)
So you get all of that, and when you add Matthew Stafford, the best QB in the country, that is just the icing on the cake!

Oklahoma because they are awesome:-)
The easiest way I have found is the preseason recruiting. This works better if you concentrate your efforst on 6 to 10 5 star prospects
Spend a lot of time on them early (quick call), so you know everything about them, then after 3-4 weeks start hitting there strong points that match your strong points.
Always leave them with the large grin on the football face. so talk up what they care most about, their 2 VERY High pitchs, and then there Most important pitch that makes them happy. Than when you are playing in a game utilize there position, so for example I was playing as tennesse, and I started running with my fullback, originally for fun, but the next week three fullbacks had be as their number one interest, and I had only talked to one of them, and they were four stars. so if you need a wide reciever, start airing it out a little bit, because a five star wideout recruit, isnt going to want to run block for an option team.

To put in cheat codes, go to to the start menu, and go to "My NCAA". Go to My Shrine. Go to the Pennant Collection area, and you will be able to enter and codes you have.
A1:

After you have a replay you want to save, go to the pause menu, and go to Instant Replay. Move the picture around until you have the look you want, then click L3 (Left Analog).
