MLB Power Pros 2008
I always start out with raising my power to atleast a B then I work on all the other stuff.
Also if you see Mr.Goodjob don't list'n to him he always makes lose everything.

Dr. Good job worked once for me. He jacked up my power at least 50 points and jacked everything else up as well. Just keep trying with him you will be rewarded if you try
Its fairly easy to get into triple a.1st buy princes necklace and 5-10 shiny fragrences.if youre a batter,work on contact and power for the most part.also,work on speed.if youre a pitcher,get 2 breaking balls(1 easy pitch,1 hard),preferebly a knuckle curve and a changeup,get control to an f(not very important),get stamina to a c.and get top speed to 87.
Pitchers r wayyyyyy easier it is the only type I have beaten it with
Make a pitcher not a batter bcaus pitchers only have 4 things to train (control, stamina, top speed, and breaking ball) so do a starting pitcher and only work on 1 breaking ball I did curvball and got it up to 7 and then you work on control stamina and top speed
It is about even to make pitchers and batters for me. To make a batter, train up 3 main categories to make a good balanced player or a strong suited player like Con, Pwr, and Trj. Use shiny fragrances to boost points for coach and scout, while playing games and practicing. Buy 4 fragrances to start. Also, for both pitchers and batters do manual and not automatic, you can never win with auto. For pitchers, do the same with the fragrances, and focus on at least one or two good breaking balls, top speed, and stamina. Control isn't that important I have found. using these, you will be fine. P.S. For a pitcher, some good breaking balls to get are knuckle ball and the vertical slider. don't waste your time on a shutto.
I Have been Playing MLB POwer Pros 2008 for a couple years now and the easiest position is 1st base. If you only work on Power and Contact and Trajectory you will get far in Sucess Mode because in games the scout only marks you on your Batting.

You automatically go there but you need to have a certain amount of scout and coach points. You gain those through training and through game performance

The BEST way to attain Coach and Scout points is to make sure you have the Prince Necklace $300 at Bison's Shop. Also load up on Fragrance perfume $50, it will help in practice and games for points. (NOTE: If you have more than 1 perfume you know you can use the next one when the perfume bottle is not grayed out.)

Most of the time you have to practice everyday and by lots of perfume. you should practice everyday before the first game. ive created like 50 people already. its really easy.
When you go to practice you sometimes should see a little face. Practice under that little face to get coach and scout points. Also, skip weeks when you there's nothing very special going on.
