A1: Go to team info , after you clik team info press the circle button and it will ask you to clear penalties: select yes! warning this will lower your prestige a small amount. make sure your prestige is not in the yellow before you do this!

A1: If you saved it you should just have to go to the game mode you was playing ( Franchise, Superstar,Etc.....) and instead of clicking new click load and then it should say Memory card 1 and memory card 2(if you have two memory cards) and you click on one of them and find it and then clik on it and it should load.
