Well the only way to get a play clock in any mode is to turn all play off, this makes you need to pick the reciever you want to throw it to, but it also lets you call audibles. again it dosen't let your qb throw the ball to a short hooks route, when you got a guy all the way down field, who's open.
I don't think there is one in All-Play.
You have to turn off all-play I think
Go to all madden
Hold it in as you though it is no bad contoler

Well I never use the arrows I use the A or Z not the arrows.
I found that every once in a while it happens to me as well, I'm pretty sure that you're just accidentally pressing another direction. Even if your hand is on the right button, you may be accidentally putting a bit more pressure on the down button.
Basically take one guy from either side then go to the other side but it must be a good person with good speed and acceleration. Then dive when your close works bout 10-15% but its the best so far

I've found that it's extremely hard, however, you just have to try your best to get around the line and get in front of the ball before it's kicked.

Go online as if you were to play an online game and your rosters will update, after your rosters are saved, go to the main Madden starting page, go to the button that says "load/save" and save roster (it will save the roster you just downloaded)
Turn OFF coach mode.
Your on All-Play mode. Its pretty simple to fix actually. All you have to do is when you get onto the quickplay menu press 1 to turn all-play off. You will be able to control the players from now on
If I'm understanding your question, then I have the answer. Each person playing can only control one player at a time. If your the only person playing, you're usually the person with the ball unless you are controlling a lead blocker.
Turn of coach mode.first go to settings then go to [gameplaysettings] find coach mode and turn it off.
Use a nunchuck and control the player with that
Pause the game, then press C or Z to toggle if you want to control your player only or your team.

Same problem here and I didn't skip anything. In season one it said something like I was selected to coach the All-Star game. Every year after that the All-Star game heading was not a selectable option. It was still on the list but you couldn't select it anymore.
It only gives you one year because of the way the game is set up. Just go to the next option.
You can only play one collage all star game.
No its more than one year I did it for five but than this weird beeping noise came on my wii and I had to restart

To call for the ball I think you have to go to the tutorials and you can't edit players n superstar sorry I don't no how to get a 99 OVRL and I have no idea what bracking means

Go to settings, then go to game, then penalties then turn down false start down or all the way down.
I think you turn off fair play, which greatly increases the odds of a false start in a no-huddle. Not 100% sure if fair play is in the wii version of madden tho
Go to the depth chart and just switch your player to a starting position

After you get drafted to a team, go to your computer. look for the depth chart. whatever your position is, press 1 or 2 or get to it.It may take more than 1 button to get to your position. select the starter and it will put you on the bottom set of players. scroll down until you get to your superstar. select him. you will now start games. you can also be in the kick and punt return. after the first half, go to the depth chart and put your player back in everywhere you had him.
Hes on the bench go to death chart and put you superstar as a starter.
Dude that's the point to superstar. you can't controll the other guys unless your superstar is not on the field.
You can not on superstar you can only play as the person you crated
Actually I have the same problem, I used to be able to control other players when my guy was not on the field, then all of a sudden I couldnt

Go to your agent in the offseason and press, "I demand a trade!"
On the pause menu, there is a thing on the bottom that says "(C)[Z] Player" Hit c or z to switch it to CPU, and it will fast forward the plays that your guy isnt in.
Press + during a game then press c to change to cpu but you will still be able to control your player.
Just go to the pause menu and either hit c or z then resume the game and the cpu will control the defense and make the game go faster.
