Yes you can its just a couple of steps in order to achieve this goal. First go to the create a player mode and create all the players you want on your team. It doesn't matter what team you put the players on because after your finished you have to release each player from the teams into the free agency. Next create a team, once your done save everything on your hard drive. Next start your franchise and turn off salary cap, when the franchise ask what team you want to control press Y on the 360 controller to load your created team, once loaded start your franchise and all of the players you created will be in the free agency section of franchise for you to draft to your created team. When you score a touch down, run around and look for a blue box in the end zone. one in the middle, and two on the edges. run around till you find one the go there and depending on the game system, mine being xbox 360, press Y in that box and the player will celebrate.

When you score a touchdown, there will be a highlighted square somewhere in the redzone, in front of the fieldgoal or in front of the stands near the end zone. Run into the square and press Y. Your player will start celebrating.
There is a little blue box that pops up in the endzone when you score a TD (most of the time). Go to that little box and hit whatever button appears over your players person. Sometimes there will be 2 boxes that pop up. One right underneath the endzone and another closer to the stands. Good luck and happy gaming!

All previous answers are right, but you can also just press 'y' outside of the blue box and your character will either throw the the ball at the ground, drop the ball and put his arms up to the crowd, or jump on a teammate (if theres one nearby)
If your a visiting team, when you score a TD do not enter the lighted square, instead press B and you will diss the home team.

That doesn't work for me... I created the player then saved and clicked superstar and choose from 08 class and not there
Its not about how fast you hit the sticks, you have to be smooth and fluid
Make sure you just flick the sticks if you hold them or push them up at all it will slow the guy down or make him trip
Push the right analog down and after the 4th beep alternate with the upper left and right analog stick
I would use a team that has a smart or accurate QB, fast or elusive HB, fast or good catching WR, and good defense. such as the patriots, colts, chargers, or vikings
Titans have fast WR & a really fast HB that helps a lot!
What ill do woud make a QB and then I would make him ovarll 99 by going to my madden go to rosters and then you click on roster it wil say crate once your done with that then you can pick any team you like as long as theirs not to manny rosters then you pick you player do the things you need and stufg then you go to player stats and then you press a on the create stats and make every thing 99 so you can playy what ever postition you want and then you can play as that team and a way to us like the 1990 cowboys are when you click play now or any other thing that you can play a game in then you press x *xbox 360 **ps3 * sqaure * then ull ssee clasic cowboys ,hoe,away,etc and I tink you can do it for any team but the raiders

I hate to break it to you but there is no way to do that but if your xbox live dosnt work just bring your hard drive to someone elses house who has live save the rosters and bamm.
Go to NFL rosters and just simply write them down yourself and go manage it on your system.

Impossible unless all of the 1990 cowboys are hall of famers, at which point you could just add them to your team. Otherwise, be a geek and figure out each and every player's name, position, ratings, number, gear, appearance, etc. and then create all of them as free agents and then do create a team. Your two analog sticks. Moved them quickly down to do the forty yard dash. Dont move them upward because your player will stumble around. Just move them toward you fast.
They don't seem to care how good you play, it only opens new agents if your overall rating goes up, which takes incredibly long considering how hard most of the drills are to win on expert.
It only matters what your overall rating is

Truck stick them (pretend you r using the hitstick)
Go with a 4 wideout set in single back and spread the defense and do hb dive, if the defense doesnt spread option to verticals and a guy will always be open downfield because cover 3 is the best they have

From here, you will need to set all the options until you come across the screen where you choose what kind of team your team is, meaning that you can choose from balanced, offense, defense, running, passing, etc. and fantasy. check off fantasy and after a few seconds of loading, you will be taken to a fantsy draft where you will have to fill up all the roster spaces. Note that you will need to have created all characters you want to add to the team prior to reaching this screen. Make sure that you add your player during the draft and not someone else!
