In this world, there are many holes you have to go in to. Not sure which hole on the east side you're talking about, but here ya go:
Just entering east side: after entering 500 watt door, there is a statue all the way left with a yellow battery, push it all the way right and there is a hole. Use X earth omega to dig and jump in (sometimes it will automatically do it). There are several other holes on this path. Continue using X omega.
Within the world: There are also black holes that you have to use the X magnet and X power omega to pull things that fall into the black hole.

You ring the bells by touching them with your stylist, the same way that you capture an Elebit. I don't know the order though just keep trying till all the middle ones are down.

You read the message on the stones which corrosponds to your omegas
so out of the six:
1 will be about water
1 will be about fire
1 will be about wind
1 will be about wind
1 will be about strength
and 1 will be about time
I'm not sure if those are the six correct ones, but it should be something like that. Stand infront of the stone, and activate you're omega's power that corrosponds to them, and after you activate all six stones, the door will open

Is it Island? you have to explore the yacht first, then when you go to the underground of the yacht the room inside they will have an event with a yellow Omega (that's the Boss).
After you go around the world and use the Earth Omega for digging a hole, then you find the Power omega for braking a stone, find another omega Sponge, Surf.
