Yes, you just start a game with 2 or more players and choose your game face player. The other person chooses to edit their character and proceed to load your second player from the manage your player screen.

When you're in the menu screen.. press L3 and you will get a profile load screen.. you can only one profile per controller... so controller 1 will load up profile 1,, now use controller 2(press L3 on controller 2 to enter manage profile) to load up profile 2.. when in the manage profile screen you will see a the word default and above that you will see 4 squares with one lit up.. this is like your ps3 controller which indicates what controller the profile is loaded on..
ok after you select the game you want to play it will ask for players to join.. to join you must press SQUARE on the controller with the loaded profile..

When you get to GOLFER SELECT the first profile is always already up. The second player box say's at the bottom square to join. When you press square with controller that is set to number 2, the next screen says "select this slot to set up this golfer" and at the bottom it says press x to edit. Press x. Before you pick what golfer press up on the d-pad. direction pad. You can set player number 2 to controller 1, controller 2, or CPU. Just set it to controller number 2 and then you can play the game with two controllers. This process works for 2 to 4 players. The controllers have to be set to the number for what player you want to use it for. -Answer by:I help you out

If you're using gameface created profiles for each of you, it has to do with the controller assignment - you created both golfers using controller one so they're both assigned to controller 1. I haven't figured out how to change this but have a theory. You have to create each new gameface profile using a different controller.

No, you can not change the camera angle. I think EA did this because last year for online play you could watch your oppentents shot and where the ball landed on the green. When you went second you could adjust for the green break, because you watched their shot. The camara is usually of center from the flag when shot towards the green also. -Answer by:I help you out

If you play the game, you earn money. when you first play pga tour season, set number of rounds to 1, you'll earn the money quickly. believe me, it's good practice!
Bro I'm in Aus and the JACKPOT is not working on mine... but ceck out on utube type in Tiger woods cheats and you'll see a dude doing the Jackpot pass and he gets a million each time

To gain an online ranking you have to win over and over. The higher the skill level you beat the more points you will win for each win. If you do nothing but be a noob hunter you will only gain 3 pts per win. You also have to play people that have points to gain points. The more skill points you have the higher ranking you will be. You have to play other people and win over and over to get a ranking. Then the first Discon that the ea server gives you. You will lose anywhere from 45-1800 pts. depending on what game you are playing and how many points you currently have. This DNF will kill your ranking. I need a little bit of information. Do both files have the same file name. I have 2 seperate files on my PS3 one of a male character and one a female. These two files have sepearte names. Then you go to manage my golfers and load it with the second controller in the second slot. This is explained in another question. The PS3 is not like a PC it does not understand to make a file with the same name as a 2. i.e. THe PS3 can have tiger.dat, to make a second save file it has to have a different name. tiger1.dat. My 2 different names have no problem. I moved them seperatly when I create a new user. I can either have a male character or female. And I can also put them both on one user. A suggestion if they do have the same name file you might be able to copy it to your SD card then to your computer. Once in a file in the computer change the name of it and save it. Then copy it back to the SD card in the same file. This should make a different file name. BACK THE FILE UP BEFORE YOU DO THIS. I HAVE NOT TESTED THAT. I do have all my saved game data backed up on the computer so I do know you can move them there. You hate to lose hours of work on an RPG. -Answer by:I help you out
Try managing your golfers and replacing your golfer with another and set to autosave
Regardeless of t he name you use in the profile. The software has preset names for the directories it uses for the 4 players. So if both profiles were set up as user1 then they over write each other. The way around this is to set up teh profile as teh second user on one machine. I also went to my laptop and looked and teh usb drive I think you could change the name of the directory and it might work but I can't promise it.
Had the same problem m8,the problem is the ps3 when you make a profile up in slot 1 the ps3 file is called "NAME"user 1,its the user 1 thats the same and thats why it keeps overwriting each time you try it

When you load your golfer up for the first time in slot 1 it calls your golfer user 1 because its been made in slot 1
your m8 made his golfer in slot 1 meaning when you try to play each over on the same ps3 your both called user 1,thats why it overwrites each time,and theres nothin you can do I tryed to change my golfer on the comp to user2 but when you put it back in the ps3 its says corruped file

You cannot play online with two players on the same system. That would make it way to easy to cheat. You need 2 systems and 2 games to be able to play online in the same room with 2 people. The game just does that sometimes. To get your info back to the game you have to In the main window, where all your choices are i.e. play now, game modes, continue my career. Here is where you will push down on the left joystick (L3). On the first slot hit X, if no saved data is there go down to load and hit X. This will bring up all of your saved game data that is on the ps3 for tiger woods. Then just click the one you want and hit X. This should bring your game back no problem.

Is there a way to read the green before you tee off?
the hole preview dosent always tell you how the green breaks

There is no way to read the green while teeing off. You can read the green when close enough for a chip, with the chip shot grid, or you are putting. When you are zoomed in with the aim circle if you quit moving it around the circle will sit on the green at the way the green breaks. That sounds confusing but when you try it you will see how the circle follows the contours of the course. This also works when driving. Besides that, put hours upon hours into the game and learn where to hit the ball for that pin placement. -Answer by:I help you out

The saved data is in U.S. spec. Have you gone to manage my golfers and tried to load the save data in one of the slots? If it does not appear when you click on load or replace in the MANAGE MY GOLFERS screen, where your other files should appear. Then it might not work across different countries. 1. How do I transfer the files to my PS3?
2. I'm a 3-clicker and can't compete in some on-line games in Tour pro mode, is there anyway around this? I can't use the toggle or I am all over the place, mostly OB! How do you folks use the toggle? It's very hard for me. Does the PC players compete with the PS3 players on-line?
3. I have completed all tiger09 challenges and guess I have all the courses to include the 2 new ones PS Store sales, which I bought, but does anyone know if Augusta and other great courses are coiming out or know how to add these?

If you are taking about voice chat across different games like on the 360 then no you cannot do this. If you buy a mic you can mic up with the players you are playing and chat with them if they want to mic up. -Answer by:I help you out

You need the expert clubs and then go to the club tuner and set driver up to have alot of power. If you are using a regular six axias you will not be able to compete very well on line. Almost all the top players use an after market controller that is not as sensitive on the joysticks -Answer by:I help you out
While you are pulling back the club, tap x really fast and you will see your ball getting red, then smack it and press triangle repeatedly
Tapping triangle will not get you any further. It only speeds up the shot video for all of the impatient people....
