As far as i've gone, i've unlocked the most courses by doing the tiger challenges with my custom made golfer. Hope this helps

Also, you have to have the person who unlocked the courses playing in the multi player game with you, or else you can only play the highest unlocked course of somebody in your multiplayer game.

Tour Pro is the difficulty, In game set up turn it to tour pro, Theres no put lines and power boost or spin, shoote 10 under and you will get the gammerpoints

Go to manage my golfer, sign into the gamer profile you created the golfer on, then select load and chhose the golfer.
Yes you can hit the left stick button and load both profiles then you can play in all tradishonal games
Save each game profile in a different XBOX live profile.

There isn't one. Microsoft wants you to purchase points to buy the courses. It is around $10. Play all the tiger challenges and unlock them for free.
