When he's there I recomend getting your best cook to make the highest lvl food she/he can make and whilst doing this get someone to greet Mr Headmaster and give him a tour. Show hiim your clean rooms and most expensive ones. Shmooz him over dinner and your kid'll be in a private school. This has never failed me and theres no cheating :p

: Using the pause function throughout this event is crucial.
Pause when he arrives. Click on him & Greet Headmaster.
Unpause, allow the greet. Re-pause.
Entertain -> Give Tour. Unpause.
He will say a tour would be lovely.
Pause the game.
You must Schmooze repeatedly before giving the tour to get your schmooze points. I usually have everyone who is not cooking give him a schmooze until there are 30-40 points.
All this pausing and unpausing can save you precious time if you haven't completely mastered the private school entry scenario.
With the game paused (and your schmooze points in place) send your sim to the closest well decorated room, greenhouse, hot tub. Fast Forward until your sim and the headmaster are in the appropriate location. Pause game. Click Headmaster -> Show Room. Unpause until he either shakes his head or gets excited & gives you tour points. He will stop the tour automatically once you've gotten enough tour points. If he does not thank you for the tour, you must ->End Tour before calling him to dinner.
Lobster Thermadore & Baked Alaska always give high food points when not burned IF you have done ->End Tour. Not doing so results in no food points and it is very very difficult to get any schmoozing done after you have proceeded to do the tour or to eat dinner. Do not Serve Dinner/Serve Dessert in one cooking round. Be sure to serve dinner, eat then serve dessert so that the headmaster has time to consume each one. Talking during the meal (i.e. having everyone eat with him) is important. The more interaction during dinner, the more points you get.
If you find yourself continually being rejected for private school, make note of the rooms that the Headmaster cheers and only take him to those next time. Usually only takes 3 rooms, occasionally 4 before he thanks you and ends the tour himself. This is your cue to call him for dinner.
If all goes well, he will stand up before your timer expires and congratulates your child(ren) on getting into private school.

: When the headmaster arrives exactly at 5 pm get someone to greet the headmaster. Exactly at 5 get another memeber with the highest cooking level to cook dinner. While the child greeting get her to chat exactly 3 times. By the end of the thrid chat dinner will be ready. Ask to join for dinner. Once dinner is over give a tour of at least 3 rooms with the more environment stuff. I usually do the living area, study and kids play room. at this point you will be welcomed to the private school.

: Invite the headmaster the night before make the person with the highest cooking skill cook something like lobster thermidor or salmon but make it so that it just a plate to be save into your inventory.. its the easiest way so that you dont have too cook later. make sure everyone is dressed in formal wear. I've notcied that when the kids have high grades and th schmooze the headmeaster and talk to them they get accepted alot faster. make sure you have atleast one parent available to greet the headmaster and show them around also what helps is if you have music such as jazz playing in the background why they are their either that or classical. Do give them a tour of your most expensive and clean rooms.. this is a plus. This almost never fails it is virtually fool proof

: Have artwork, and a lot of stuff that increases creativity. It doesn't really matter what you make, as long as it is a meal that is turkey or better. Anyone can make the meal, and you can even make it in advanced, so you don't run the risk of burning it. Just make it earlier in the day, and stop you sim before they serve it. Put away the leftovers, and then just serve it when it is time for everyone to eat with the headmaster. Also, NEVER have any electronics in a room that you show the headmaster. Lastly, have something that has to do with a child in each room, otherwise the headmaster will 'have hoped it would have been more kid-friendly.' If having the adults schmooze him doesn't work, have the teens do it. Schmoozing about work usually goes better for me. And that should do it!
I usually buy all that stuff, and then delete it once the kids get into private school.
