This is one of the only things that you can do wrong in the whole game! Shoot each of the helicopter pads and do not let the helicopters take off or the brick will not appear and the pad will not turn green!
I got stuck on that! But you don't! Jump into the left pool of water and go through the tunnel to the left then climb up the ladder and build the pump and all the water will go. OK

There is a lever (I think) that needs to be pulled that pushes some pieces onto the platform between the two tanks, assemble the pieces on the wall, Robin needs to be in his magnet suit and climbs the wall to get to the scuba suit.
You jump in the left pool with robin in scuba suit, you can swim through the tunnel joining both pools, then build the pump and drain the water so batman can walk through and blow up the shiny disc in the middle which opens a tunnel.

You just have to complete the levels and follow instructions doing the game and pretty soon you will get Robin's attract suit

Break up all the plants along the back wall, some loose pieces will appear. While your partner is fending off the goons assemble the loose pieces into a bomb next to the far right flytrap and get away fast. When that flytrap is destroyed another set of loose pieces appear again assemble them into a bomb and blow up the second flytrap, another set of loose pieces will appeat assemble the final bomb and blow up the third flytrap. Poison Ivy will have no place to hide, once she runs out of lives, you have won.

It's a pain! Get to the final room where Penguin and Catwoman try to kill you and the big ray-gun is at the top of the screen. Go all the way right where you can see a light-blue rectangle, blast it with Sonic Batmans sonis gun and go inside. You can grapple to the top of the screen and then jump to the right to drop some li'l penguins down. Then go to the treadmill all the way left and run on it until the lights next to it turn green, it'll take a while. Once they're green, the red wheel back to the right will pop up and the brick is there.

The character creator is in Arkham Asylum. You get to go there once you beat the first episode. From the hero mission room take the elevator down to the computer room and throw the switch at stage right to transfer from the batcave to Arkham Asylum. The custom character creator is in the experimental room.
Thats easy. beat a whole chapter go to arkyhm asylum and then go down the hall. 2nd door walk past the prison then look around the prisons and theres a door. then go trough the door and you got to the place where you make your own character

Assemble a turntable on the left of the screen, then push the lever. be sure to go all the way b/c once it put out sound, this will make Man-Bat come to the ground so you can hit him. you'll probably only get a few hits on him before he throws a bomb at the turntable. re-assemble and do it again till he's done.

When you reach the lair, manbat is going to start attacking and after you deplete his health, he starts flying. Go to the step on the left side and create a green and red push thingy, go up the other step to the top (not the one on the right side the left) and start everything and you should build a big radio that creates music, turn the green and red switch to the right to make Manbat fall once you deplete his health, he is going to destroy the switch after he lost a few hearts. Your going to have to make it again after manbat destroyed the system.

First you need to be in freeplay mode and then hit the r1 button until robin shows in the scuba suit. BTW you need to have completed the level where robin uses the scuba suit in order to use it in other freeplay sections of the game.

Break up everthing you can. There should be some loose pieces that assemble into water cannons. Hit the helecopter with the water until it crashes, watch out for Joker you will need to defeat him next. Tag team him until he gives up.
You have to destroy something and build it.There are 2 water gun.Use triangle to sit and press X to shoot water to make it pale and it will go away.Keep on doing that.If you hold down X it will create more water.

The first villian level from: The Riddlers Revenge. It begins with the Riddler assigning roles to each of the villains, Clayface is assigned to get a key. The Riddler decides to go with Clayface to get the key. They rob a Bank to get the key. Clayface has the ablity to lift heavy objects and the Riddler can use his staff to control minds
Parking Garage: Being by heading to the right. Clayface has super
strength, so watch for anything that has an orange handle on it, because
he can toss it. Do so on the dumpsters here. Demolish whatever you can
and you'll eventually find some pieces that make a lever. Pull it and
you'll unblock a window where you can see a guy wandering around inside.
The deal here is that you have to use the Riddler's mind control, so get
close to the guy and press Z. You now have full control of the person, and
The Riddler is entirely safe while this is going on. Have the person push
the rotator switch to open the way up to the garage itself. Inside, have
Clayface pull on the garbage truck in the back, which is blocking the
exit. Have both characters pull the levers and enter the elevator.
Street: Have Clayface jump up and grab the blue and gray awning so he can
leap up to it. From there, go left and double jump so you grab the fire
escape and lower it. Now, both characters can climb and proceed to the left.
Impound: Have Clayface toss all he can here and bust down all the objects.
One item to throw needs to have its handle put on it, so do so. The last
orange vehicle Clayface needs to pull to the marked spot. Now, switch to
the Riddler and have him control the operator in the enclosure. Have him
throw the switch, which will put the crane on top of the orange wheels.
Assemble the last two parts and you've got a nice wrecker to work for you.
Head out to the right.
Street: Simply ride your awesome wrecker to the right, through the next
gate. Demolish all the metal objects to the right, then have Clayface
grab the vent cover so you can enter.
Bank: Head towards the screen. Assemble the ladder near wall and climb up.
Put together the tightrope and cross. Now, use Mind Control on the guy
in the window and have him pull the hanging switch to drop the gargoyle
on the street below. Grab the Police Car and run over everything in the
immediate area. Assemble all the pieces into a bomb then step on the
plunger.
The level ends with Clayface being arrested after staying behind for the money and gold. You MUST beat this level to be able to buy Clayface and The Riddler.

In villian level 'the riddler makes a withdrawl' how do you break the gate with the yellow things on top and bottom to allow the janitor access to the second lever?

In free play, use Batman or Robin's "batarang" to break the top two yellow braces. It will drop the gate so the janitor can get to the second switch.

How do you get free play? are you supposed to finish the level first to be able to get it?
Chase her around and around (about 2 or 3 times) eventually she stops and gets tired. as she is stopped you can hit her.
You see a car with a water gun, use it to make her doing backflips after she's dizzy shoot her whit the water gun
If your alone with no friend helping you to defeat Harley, first insert the second controller and chase Harley with one character and once she comes near your second character quickley switch to the other character and try to hit Harley.
