No, you don't need the internet. You can play Offline (I do), you just won't download creatures automatically. =)

You can only trade with a certain amount of allies at a time. I think its 3 allies at one time. Once one of the 3 allies offers you to purchase there planet for a price and you buy it off them you can then trade with another ally, but it will always be a maximum of 3 at a time
They do not want to trade with you because you have too many other settlements trading with you. To solve this problem, go to the least valuable system that is currently trading with you. go to the diplomacy menu and ask to stop the trade route. Now go to another (hopfully more valuable) system and ask to start up a trade route. If they like you, they should say 'yes.' Hope this helps!
You can never have more than three trade routes going at once. This is in place in order to ensure that you dont only expand by purchasing solar systems. You can however manually trade by speaking to them and pressing "Trade.." -Answer by:ChaoticRiflemen

I can't seem to start up spore anymore. it all started a week after I installed Warcraft 3. I just uninstalled WC3, but I didn't have any sucsess. HELP!?

Ok, I got it to work. I answered my own problem. after looking at the most odd problems for other users, I finally found out I had to uninstall, then reinstall the EADM. I think it was because I was using "windows xp professional. -Answer by:harvest king
Do you use the disk when playing...I had it, too my friend gave me the game and I copied the disk and now the error dusnt apear.So you will need the disk for spore or else it crashes.But you will need to start over...You must unistall EVERYTHING even saved games and creations and so.
I have the disc... it was actualy the EADM at first, but I just instaled "Fable: The Lost Chapters" today, and I got bored, so instaled spore, but it didnt work... I gues I had a space problem (it takes I think 3 gig to download, 4 gig to run smoothly, and 1 gig to store your creations. thats 8 gig altogether!). -Answer by:harvest king

Unfortunatly, no. Unless you count compleatly terraforming the heck out of a planet
Look at the top left of your screen it should say some information there, or turn on your mission tool at the bottem left to get aguild line to the planet, thats as much as I can help as the planets and empires change from game to game

You know, diff empires will own diff planets in diff files... well actualy, that's a lie. It depends really on what planet you start on, and wether or not you online on your spore acount. -Answer by:harvest king
There are no specific directions to any planet (except Earth) because everybody has a different galaxy with different star systems.
When you finish terraforming then you go to your homeworld and contact them you should be able to finish your mission then. Also it is important to make sure you are terraforming and setting up the colonies on the right planet for that mision
Did you terraform the right planet it tells you wich one to do
Try stabilizing the terrascore put trees and beasts on there

Ok I was playing in tribal stage and a spaceship went overhead and sucked up a creature next to our tribe. Is that someone eles online who did that? If so, if I go to a planet that has a creature in creature stage and I go on that planet and suck up a creature next to it does that player playing that see it too?

I don't think it was online because I didn't got online and I also saw a space ship sucking my tamed creature in the ship XD

They are the grox,you will meet um in space(they are rare).The grox are tough guys.Well you cant destroy thier spaceship(well only in space you can).When you meet the grox if you are in space mode,well ally them or kill them O.K.

I once saw a video on you tube on downloading this thing and becoming an epic. but it so long ago so I cant remember the name of the video so I cant add a link of the vid on this answer but I heard on this web site that you become an epic by compleating the space stage or something ( I do remember that you compleate something in the space stage to become a epic )

If you have the newest spore patch just hold a and take off the part you want gone...
No its not idiots! its ctrl=a select the part you want off then take it off like you would normally do.
You need Patch 1.05 in order to do it.

How do I get allyed ships to enter my pack in space stage?

I am stuck on that one as well. you have to ally empires but I don't know how you get thembak if they get destroyed
If they are destroyed, you have to go back to the allied civilization, then ask for another ship - so far no one has said no.
First you need to get a higher bage level then slots will open up in your pack. Then do what everyone else says.
First you need a open slot to add a ship. then you need to go to an allyed planet, open the comunications, press dimplomacy and say you want to add a ship to your fleet.
p.s. dont let them get blown up or the ally will start to hate you.

Try to ally with lvl 5 races (the Number 5 in the stars) they are the most high tech to really good to have them on your allys ships.

I think I get what you mean cause before I saw a few guys near nest sleeping but I dont think you can.

U can not sleep in spore because maxis made it like that!
There is no way to sleep in spore.Only the creatures you see but you not controling they can sleep but you can't.
