If from the sims site then your cars will show up in the 'download' section of the start screen.

When you press Ctrl+Alt+c nothing will happen. Press ctrl+shift+c all at the same time and a blue strip appears at the top of the screen. here is where you can type stuff. if you type motherlode you get money and if you type testingcheatsenabled true and hit enter then you can hold down shift and click on the mailbox and then select from 8 different cheats. you can also hold down the ctrl and slide the friendship meter all the way over when you go under relationships and your acquaintances come up.
