You have to hols down the b button on the back of the remote and a siryinge will show up. then , you have to hold down the a button until the medicene fills up 2 te white line (but make sure that you r matchin up the colors) then go to the cirle where you need 2 inject, hold down the b button wen your in the middle of the circle, and hold down the a button until all of the medicene runs out

The game won't tell you this until a few operations down the road, but fill up the syringe to the white line. Then you can release the buttons and move to inject the animal.

When you fill the syringe to the white line and move it to the spot it looks like nothings in it.But there is and then go and drop it. It was hard for me too at first! Hope this helped! :)

How do you inject the medicine? I can't seem to be able to move the injector of to the infected area.

A1:
I had trouble with that too at first. first you bring the injector over to the colored bottle (which ever one matches the infection circle color) and you press untill it fills up to the little white line. Then you let go. bring what seems to be the empty injector over to the infection and press untill it empties. Hope this helps!

We can't find the man in the cicle. Ther is no-one near the front gate.
You have to beat a certain level first. It sort of goes in order, so when you reach a certain point, it will be unlocked. I hope that helps.

You have to wiggle it first. Lock onto the tooth with the B button, then wiggle your remote. It's a tricky movement - don't move the remote too much, just wiggle.

Instead of trying to completly pop the infections, laser each one down little by little. Make sure to pop the ones closer to exploding first.

Kill the big bugs first (by stunning them, then grabbing and swatting) so they can't create new bugs. Then kill all the little bugs, and then use the ointment gun on the festering sores.
When youre supposed to pet the Mandrill you need to stroke it until you find his "sweet spot" that means try and stroke until the red hearts are coming. Youll know what I mean when you see them.
You need to scratch the top of his head...prob for about a minute then you should see the red hearts...hope this helps :) -Answer by:aimeelee413
For me, his sweet spot was on the left side of his face (on the cheek). He loved it. Hope this helps!
You have to find the sweet spot. When you do this hearts will show up. For my it was on either the left or right cheek, just scratch around it's face and you will most likely find it.

When you are done petting the animal to calm it down while opperating look up to the top of the screen. there are three little circle bottons. Try pressing the two that aren't the question mark. I forget which one it is but I know one of them works.
Shake it up and down. I had the same problem.
I had exactly the same problem. I found that the most efficient way was to move my arm in a jabbing mostion towards the screen, like you want to poke it sorta thing. Hope this helps!
