I can't finish the 8 mission of Sim City Creator.
To complete I have to build 30 small gardens and 15 big gardens.
After building I have ca. 60%, but I can't reach 100%. I have tried a few things, but nothing gave me more percents.
What have I to do to complete this level?

A1:

You just have to build hero buildings throughout your city and use the european style the european hero building will be indicated by an eiffel tower in the top right corner of each european hero building description do this after you place your gardens, you will achieve victory in no time!

A2:

If I remember correctly First I had to build some military bases and casinos to generate quick cash, use some hero buildings(I think they are free in this senario) to encourage growth. Then place your garndens.

A3:

You can grow the population that way they will come to the gardens also the rules say you can,t use a hero building.

A4:

You also need to make the city european style with hero buildings

1) Build 40 small gardens, 25 large gardens. 2) Place Luminous Tower Hero Buildings that looks like the Eiffel Tower, everywhere (they're free). 3) Play, Wait, Success.
Worked for me.

First, put just the required gardens everywhere. There´s no need to put more than required. Then you have to put several hero buildings around. Anyone that shows an Eifel Tower will do, but once the range of each is limited, you have to build several. But once you put a hero building, the population decreases a lot at the first moment. They will return soon, but in the meantime you will run out of cash. TO prevent this, the first thing you have to do before adding hero buildings is to raise residential taxes very much. High taxes like 10-15% maybe odd for Europe or North America, but is quite familiar in South America (sic). Wait a while for your cash to reach lets say 30000 and then pop up the buildings. That's all ... build gardens, raise taxes, wait, build hero building and wait.

If your problem is money put the game into it's fastest mode and wait until you have enough money. (you have to have a lot of patience to be able to do this.)

How many water pumps and water towers do I need? I have pumps and towers all over but never seem to generate enough water! They are all connected with pipes and everything! Are water towers a waste of time?

A1:

Water bump should be connected to power, so it gets running.

A2:

I don't use water towers, only water pumps. Something I have found though and it may not be a constant thing but it happens nevertheless, is that if the water pump is not directly next to the sea or a lake or river and connected by pipe to the river and to the town then the capacity is never reached. I think it's 1500 units each one is capable of, but if the water pump is not next to water then it drops the actual capacity to 300.

You need to build them next to a water source ex: river lake etc...

A4:

First up, the pump needs power or else it won't bring water. Second up, no water towers just give the people something to drink if they're hooked up to a pipe. Without a tower ever here and there you'll probably not get much population I guess. Just a tip: Even though the pipes are supposed to supply water 7 tiles away, they don't give much water. Make your pipes go in circles all of the place and I find the data graphs show a LOT more water around those places.

No. You have to build your water pumps against a lake or river. It can be natural or man-made. You also have to connect power lines to pumps.

A6:

Make sure there is power to them. I never use water towers unless it is too far to run a water main. you can see what areas have or need water in your data maps.

A7:

I think the water towers allow the water to have more pressure, so it goes further. Use your data map for water to see how far off you are. Then select build/utilities and any of hte water components (i.e. water tower). The map that shows up will be purple wherever there is sufficient water. The light brown areas are where you should add towers and connect them with pipes.

A8:

If you click on the paper icon and then "Water" it will show you how mnay areas has access to water, once all the areas wuth resisdents in it are blue, you have enough.

A9:

You should only pump water from rivers lakes and dams otherwise if you don't have any of these things in your city only water towers are are necessary unless you build water treatment plants in fact no mater what you do never forget water treatment plants.

Okay I have tried everything!
(1) My fire station and entire city has power.
(2) My fire station is on the corner of two connecting streets.
(3) My fire station has 100% funding.
(4) My fire station and entire city has water.
Yet, my small city has caught fire 3 times and fire station has failed to put it out. TWICE I lost my fire station! I am given no choice to dispatch the fire trucks, I've tried everything! It's just getting frustrating now!

Hi ive got simcity creator for wii and im struggling with 2 missions. the flying 1 were you have arrows pointing to spaces.
