Quiokly press l2 or go to the priest 4 pills
Go to the priest in the middle of the map and he will give you a mission to do and the you will get some pill's
1. you go do a mission at the priest to get medicine
2. when you see your screen gets yellow, you quickly press l2 to revive yourself from the malaria
3. go kick ass again..
4. when pills are empty do a new mission by the priest (or a underground group)

There will be a mission that requires you to destroy the kilns at Dogon Village that make medicine for malaria....distroy this and more medicine will be avail during the rest of the game

When playing online, why do some people have additional life than others (medic symbol above their head)?

Because when you go playing, you start to receive additional diamonds, so you unlock more weapons and some other stuff that came with the type of the player your are, like, commandos, snipers... :D
It means that they have just respawned and can't be killed for a short period of time (Or it would just suck)
Uh....the 'medic' symbol (I'm assuming you mean the little 'plus' sign) means that they are wounded, and if you are their teammate, you should go stand next to them and hit 'triangle' to heal him.

Go behind the building the railcar is in and climb the roof then fall through hole just above.
Go up onto the first oil storage tank hop onto the rail and jump ontop of the railcar
If you mean the one beside the fuel container its a dificult job. the middle container is closest, so climb up the stairs and carfully jump onto the railings. then in quick succesion you must run and jump on to the rail car. getting your diamond. but do it after youve cleared the area of enemies.

Set them on fire with a Flamethrower or start a fire with Molotive Cocktails or a Flare Gun .You can also use an RPG or a Carl G Rocket Launcher to blow them away. (no pun intended)

The same thing mission happend to me you have to stick with APR missions for now because you need to so that you can continue continue the main story line once a spasific mission has been done you will be able to go back to doing UFLL missions again. :>

Sometimes, the guard at the door has info (aka mission) for you to handle. Such as the cockfighting arena mission and slaughterhouse mission to free a captive. Good luck!

You are in the wrong garage... look next to that one.

It dusnt work. when you pause the game to look at your pause menue the first key you type in is an X witch brings you back to the game. if you try moving your curser down to prevent this you are adding a key witch stops the cheat working. ( its definatly a bogus cheat unless you type it in some whair else.)

It is a bogus cheat but you can put your curser on a differant one and than unpase and than pause and your curser will be there insted
Most game cheats that are said to be put in at the pause menu are bogus (as this site calls it) they are made so you wast you time, the people who make these are liying gits. :> for far cry 2 there is a cheat imput place in aditional options but you select numbers and letters from an on screen keybore type thing. hope I helped tata. :>
Its a bogus cheat..... unles you input it before you start. but even then it seems it wont work.
So what do to get the cheat! do start over. or is their anothr cheat?

Go and stand side on against the building,set the mortar down then turn 180 degrees, wen you release the mortar you should be inside the building,works on all thin walls.

Just go to the back of truck and press triangle button and that will put you on back of truck to complete mission.

For the big rock diamond case take the real big truck from the plant garage and drive it along side the side of the rock facing the plant jump onto the highest point of the truck and jump for it.may take a few tries
Use the big truck from the petroleum plant to get the diamond from the big rock drive it onto the small rock around the back of the big rock and climb onto the trucks roof and jump to the rock.
I am still trying to get the diamond off the rail coach but I think it`s with one of the 2 kites that are on the same maps if I manage to succeed I will get back to you

Climb up the middle storage tank when you are near the top jump onto the slanting part of the railings walk up the railings till you get to the level part you should be facing the rail carriage with the diamond on then run and jump across to the rail carriage for the diamond it took me a couple of tries to get it .

For the diamond on the big rock use a hang glider south or "PETRO SAHEL" inbetween two large rocks the glider faces south so all you have to do is steer around to the right and press triangle to exit

I haven't tried the cheat yet. However, available missions shows up on your map when not in a mission currently. So if you unlock any, I'd assume all available missions will appear on your map.

For online you cant but in campaign its 4 or 5 missions in from the gun shop guy
The morter does alot of damage but you need to be very skilled to hit targets accurately. :>
If have every side mission completed other than that one find a gun dealer with a mission for you and you have to have unlocked every mission other than that one with that dealer
