That's not true. You CAN play with a CREATED player in the dunk contest, because I have on my 360. I don't know if it's the same with PS3, but you can enter the dunk contest with a CREATED player on 360.
If you sign the created player to a NBA team(like the Lakers) then go to the dunk contest then it should work

My created player is on yhe lakers and it dosen't work
If your player is assigned to a go to the team you put him on and find him in the roster he might not be on the top dunkrs list
On 2k8 you couldn't but on 2k9 you can only if you are connected to the internet and you have played some games with your player so the games DNA feature can kick in.
No, its not true. you cantt enter a created playerr in the dunk contest because, the host talks about all the dunkers and says there names. he doesnt know anythingg aboutt your createdd player because he isnt real.
You can not do that because it want let you because if you are a shooting gaurd or point gaurd it want let you but make your player a small forward or power forward @ center..........
