Look for flowers on walls,(certain flowers) a button called touch will appear,touch it,you will fall down and the save screen will open for you.
Find a infected flower then press TRIANGLE to save

I died in this part. I'm not sure if you're supposed to die at this point in the game, but it worked for me. Give it a try.

I'll try my best 2 explain, when you get 2 the hospital, use Corey and run to the left side of the building, there should b a door. If you stand there it should say "jump", when you jump upmove him 2 the right till it says "go up" when you do that run 2 the window thing and jump up on it, it should say "jump" again, when you do that, move him all the way over to the right, don't worry bout the flying things, kill them when you get to the other side, then there should b a hole near where your standing, "jumo down" in it and then jump down again. when you do that there will b a door, open it and let amy in then jump back up 2 the top of the roof then help Amy up, when shes up, go over 2 the window and break it, then go through.. ^_^ your in the hospital
