If you can only use it like 2 times before using up all your chakra then don't. I recommend using strong low chakra moves like uzumaki barrage or cha! combo

First heed to the hidden san village then after you see 2 scrols that lead to the hidden sand village but don't go their in steed go right then you use gamatsu to walk on the water, keep moving forward and you have to run and get the scrolls.
No just pass the game then go to limited kumite go to the bottem then pick im gonna bring you back then get jonin and finally go to ninga tag go to naruto and pick ninjutsu or something and look for nine tailed spirit chakra then go into battle go to narutos jutsus go all the way to the bottem and enjoy

You either need to unlock nine tailed naruto or unlock the nine tailed spirit chakra ninja tag in limited kumite mode where you face curse mark sasuka as regular naruto

He only has a summoning sheet code in the Japanese version of the game. Otherwise, the only way to get him is through the messenger from dawn kumite mission
Just have either kakashi or guy in your party. use kakashi's sharingan then lightning blade or guy's leaf hurricane. Also naruto's rasengan along with instant shadow clone ninja tag helps a lot too
Use KIba,Naruto,Choji,and Shino as your alternate have Choji use high powered jutsu's KIba to as same for Naruto. I did this in the high 30`s level wise. Keep Naruto,Kiba,Choji upfront keep Shino inthe back
The Anbu can use it with a ninjutsu ninja card + you can equip Instant Sharingan. Kakashi can use the jutsu. Itatchi enters battle with sharingan. And Sasuke can use it.
This is how you can tell if you can get them. if your fighting them and they move like up or down when there just standing there like your characters do in battle you can unlock them. but um you probably have to make jonin rank in the mission with them.
Beat the "Stop Mizuki" mission to get the "Basic Ninjutsu" ninja tag.

I really recommend that you use shino,gaara,naruto and choji. Put choji in alternate. When you get to sasuke,make shino use parasites:blood suck until sasuke's down. I hope it helps!

Keep the sand ninja in your team,have them and naruto around Lv70 and up. Have naruto sit in as an alternate so when you fight the beast you can weaken him with the sand ninja.give gaara shukaku's strength, ultimate defense, and playing possum. Give tamari medical license and btl summon: kamatari . give kankuro taijutsu master because he has the most strength out of all of them and puppet show(don't use the btl summonings yet wait until one of your teammates are taking a knee then use a summon to buy some time). after that make sure you heal the injured or he will die. have about 6 healing ointment to heal them (you can get like 3 of them after you reach 100 battles in survival kumite).give naruto a chakra up: hyo and a stamina up: hyo for an extra chance to win, instant shadow clone, and rasengan.after that all thats left is to battle good luck.
Start off with weaker Taijutsu, when he starts using evil energy break out your best Ninjutsu,Taijutsu and summonings.I would have Naruto(for his great Taijutsu and summoners),Hinita(for her great healing and byakugan),Shino(for his parasite blood suck jutsu)and Kiba(for his high Ninjutsu level),at least level 80.It worked for me.
You can, there is a kumite mission where orochimaru and the 3rd fight get jounin and unlock him, it worked for me but I beat every other mission on the game befor that
Hinata has a high attack, so I used Gentle Fist, regular Attacks, and her heal jutsus. Attack Jako first, then heal yourself next turn. Repeat this many times. You might have a little trouble with his Fire Tiger jutsu though, so make sure that when he hits you with that, you heal with a full-heal item.
You should just keep using water senbon or gentle fist (water senbon recommended) and jako will go down eventually, it should only take like 4 to 5 hits for a jonin rank
Move hinata to the back, she won't recieve as much damage there. attack normally, she'll mainly loose hp from Jakos fire tiger, after every time he uses it, heal yourself with one of heal, or whatever healing jutsu she knows.
I brought her to the back, there's less damage if you do that. I, too,
had some problems with that, so I don't blame you! Make sure that
you use normal attack so you don'y waste chakra, and use healing jutsus A LOT. I had to run back to the village to grab MORE healing supplies!
First, have some Makibishi Spikes and some Paper Bombs (will be very useful). Use Substitution Jutsu followed by Byakugan to keep Hinata safe. Jako will keep moving into the same spot so place Makkibishi Spikes to Immbiolize him for about 4-6 turns. Place Paper Bombs and more Makibishi Spikes. This will be long enough for the Immbiolize to wear off. He will either get real close and attack or use Fire Style: Fire Tiger Explosion. He will land on a Paper Bomb or Makibishi Spike if you placed them right. Use a healing jutsu. If he landed on a Makibishi Spike, continue to use Gentle Fist or Water Sebon. He will eventually go down.
At this point you should have sakura, tenten, and ino, but the best thing to do would be turn on sakura's walking stamina and you should regain health (i don't know about chakra) while walking

you can get an action replay they only cost $25-$30.
search on google then 'naruto path of ninja 2 action replay' or something like that. if you buy a newer version of the AR then most likely the code will already be on it.
but other than that there is only one way if you dont want to cheat.
What I did was that I used TenTen, Sakura Temari, and Naruto and hit him with Temari's wind jutsu, Almighty Sakura, Rising twin dragons and Rasengan all in that order
If you have shino kiba naruto and sakura just heal with sakura rasengan w/ naruto and have kiba use manbeast flameburst then use shino for parasite:blood suck. keep the chakra up and heal w/ sakura.
My squad was Shino, Sakura, and Kiba. Choji was the alternate. The important thing is that Choji is under the attack up state and that he uses human boulder not partial expansion. It is a waste of chakra. Also, make sure Sakura keeps everyone healed and that Shino has parasite blood suck. And make sure you have items that fully restore chakra and stamina.

I used naruto,neji,hinata,and sakura as my alternate neji and hinata has to have 8 trigrams 64 palms and 8 trigrams palms rotation sakura stay alternate until someone close to death. (p.s. while itachi is useing sharingan do not atk unless neji and/or hinata is useing 8 trigrams palms rotation or 8 trigrams 64 palms. use naruto's rasengan to atk kisame and buy 99 toad brand chakra pills so naruto can use rasengan more than once or twise depinding on your naruto's lvl)
