Just play pro season and do that 10 times (all 99), create a goalkeeper by creating a player and do all the skills etc to 1 and the goalkeeping skills 99 and you will have enough exp for 1 bar full to 99.

On the bayern munich team...Ribery,toni,klose and podolski are the best when it comes to penetrating a defenc,ribery is fast at turning,wing runs,and tide angle shots...trust me,iv mastered that team...and sagol is the most iritating defender.
In the transfer season, type in 85/100 overall, also get young players.
Also some players who are a bit dodgy to start with, get really goody, like Baxter (Everton)is 16 years, starts at 68, but after 3 seasons is around 85. Some other people like this are Fiorillo, Rodwell, Bale, Dos Santos, Richards, Ramsey, Walcott, Pato, Insua etc. You can also also create your own players. They will be between 60-80, but even if they're low OVRL, they grow fast. Make sure youmake them 15 years!

Before you do a manager mode go into creation zone and then transfers because the best keeper in the game is Akinfeev, and Arshavin,Zhirkov and Vagner Love are all amazing but you can't find them on manager mode because the game doesn't have Russian leagues.
Luk go on transfer mode and search for someone hoos 16-19 and overall 75-100!in 5 seasons they'll be in the nineties.i've got balotelli barwuah benzema tonge mobaeck douglas costa an loadsssssssss more!

First, make sure he's actually in the Portugal squad, if not, go 2 international selections, & get him into the team. Once you no he's defo in the squad, go on edit player, find portugal, then select your player & set all his his stats to 1. Then give him the exact stats you want.

The problem is that those teams dont have enough of that type of player. you could go to bayern for example and buy a couple more midfielders then leave after a season and buy him. a lot of messing about but if you really want him...

If its on manager mode thats because on extibition mode the settings are copied on manager mode and to change the manager moder go to extibition and go on game settings after selecting teams and change weather then go back to manager mode hope I helped and you cant have snow even in winter :(

If your on a wireless router you have to open the inbound and outbound ports in order to play games on line.... the codes are in your fifa 09 booklet you get with the game..... then go on to your pc and enter the codes
Its very simple, one or both of you has a bad internet connection, do what you can to improve your ps3's bandwith allocation from your router, i.e hard wire your ps3 to router instead of wireless, turn off any downloads on ps3 or laptop or pc. do this on both ends, yours and your friends

You can't use your manager mode team as such, you'll have to go in transfer from the main menu (not in manager mode) and just choose what players go in which team then you have to go online and play unranked
Na hes right I dont play unranked matches only ranked and I play against the world 11 with someone elses kit

Its how good your manager is, the closer to ten the better. The higher your prestige the more liked you are by the fans, the board and the media. Also big name sponsers that will pay lots of money seek you out. Im with Arsenal on my fourth season and I have manager prestige ten and I earn nearly a million pounds after every match, even if I'm playing an away match.
It doesn't matter what team your with, I played four seasons with the Chicago Fire and got manager prestige 10 and upgraded everything to the max.

If your not getting good average perfomance ratings (lower than 8.0 most times) before each match, go on game settings, and set it on an easier level, like Semi-Pro, eventually you'll get into first team squad then national. I'm captain of England, 86 OVRL after 2 seasons and I play on Legendary & get averages of 9.0+ every game
This happened to me too, very wierd I think its a bug
First of all, it's spelt with 2 t's. Torres. Secondaly, if that doesn't work, in the Search Box in the Transfer Window, just type in strikers 85-100.

This happend to me and I found the only way to fix it was to re format my ps3 but you loose all your game saves and all music etc.
Yh m8 it done the same to me , your ps3 is not " farked" you have to go on your game save data on the ps3 home area and delete all your fifa 09 details , this worked for me :)
