Well you have to press the L button and move around and thats one way or you go to game setting change offence into advanced offence and you do them tricks

As you progress in manager mode, you'll receive alerts from your assistant manager of young players from the youth academy. once you receive the alert, go to "office", then "youth academy". you'll see one or more players there. pick one or all to offer them contracts. if that player isn't injured, you could put him into action immediately. but be warned. don't expect any of these guys to have overall skill grades over 75. so you'll have to bear with training them to increase their skills a little.
