I double tap O and it works but you have to aim the analog stick down.
Taking bicycle kick doesn't happen very often. Since I bought my Fifa 09 video game I scored five bicycle kick goals. I have noticed that It was a luck. If your cross goes too high and you press o I will be a header goal. If your cross goes like 3 to 4 feet high and you press o it might be a bicycle kick. If that's doesn't work double tap o and hold down the aim while crossing.

When transfer season,go to team management then go to transfers and then click club transfer list,once there,click any player you want to sell or loan
Go into: team management, transfers, club transfer list, find te player who want to put on transfer list, press 'x', and choose for sale or for loan.
Go to Team Management,Then transfers,then club transfer list.choose playr.
Go to team management >Transfers>Club transfer list>select player you want to put in transfer list.

Its called a bicycle kick and its when the cross is too low for the header...it happens by luck.
When you cross a ball in change to the other player in the box and press the L button and down 9/10 times it shud work (u'll either score or just miss ) I scored 12 of them in 1 game

Yh when you are one goal down and its the last min press triangle and your goalkepper will come out nhe could score.....

U can on other platforms but not psp which is annoying, but on forum you can give new idea 4 fifa10
If you have it on ps2, create a player and put to a team on manager mode. then transfer this manager mode to your psp
Dont create a player if you have the ps2 version because whatever hair you give them they will always be bald for some reason. just find a player who you like then edit his name and stats
