Well if we are talking about overall Cristiano Ronaldo has themost overall so he is the best footballer in the game not in real life.

Cross the ball away from the player or just play pro evolution 09 you can dive on it sick in it

Just push the L stick in the direction you want too make it curl, for example if you are on the right side just aim just off the goal and power it up for about 2/3 bars, then push the left stick left and it should go in. Of course it depends on who is takin the FK I suggest the following players:
Ronaldo-Man U
Ronaldinho-A.C. Milan
Gerrard-Liverpool
Sneijder- Real Madrid

i also have tips for practicing FK's in a match!
Play an exibition match and have 2 teams with 2 good FK takers (i suggest Man.u. VS A.C. Milan)
then let the opposite team attack and foul them outside the box (usualy it results in a yellow or red card) then go 2 the pause menu and click match options and the switch sides so you are taking the F.K., keep doing this as much as you like!

If you create a keeper take away all the attack and stuff you can then add it to goalkeeper stuff and hell be a good rating
In be a pro, after you get captaincy , change the team formation and save squads(it should autosave).Then save your be a pro and exit.Your added exp should reflect in exibition mode.

You cant actually make a created players overall 99 if you want to play matches in kick off. But what you can do is either go on manager mode or be a pro seasons mode. The player will gain experience after each game which you use to improve him.
If you do manager mode and play him lots of time he will gain experince but its very long

You can do this by going on to tornaments, create a tornament , you can either do leagues, knockouts and you can actually select up to four teams to play with in this create a tornaments, dont know if you can use two controllers, sure you can though. hope this helps
