Just set your pistols or SMGs to dual wield at any cribs weapon stash.
You get say one that the cops all have then you kill a ssecond cop and pick his gun up and then you have dual weilded weapons works on pistols uzis

The police station in one room there is a bunch of icons 3 of them are conversations listen to them then in another room there is a file that says when you get close to it "hold A to pick up Julius file" then you will get dex's phone number call dex he will tell you to meet him at the old church go there and around there there will be a mission that says ultor corp thats it.

Continue doing the Ronin Strongholds and that will unlock the mission.
To do the last mission you have to do the strongholds and this includes every gang
Use the never die cheats and infinati ammo cheat
