It is on the main road opposite the Marina area where you get your Hitman list. The courtyard out the front has the structure that looks like waves, if you look at stucture from road it is the building on the right.

Go to 'Impressions' clothes store in High End retail. Buy yourself the light blue shirt with a dark blue tie. Also get some smart trousers/pants and dress shoes and colour them black. Trousers either navy blue or black looks good. Dont forget your big sunglasses.
Then head to the Ultor Mall, using the blue warp gate thing. Go around to the far right for a little while. You will come across a clothes shop that sells a biker helmet... this can be changed to 'Police' BEFORE you buy it .
You should now be looking pretty damn awesome! Now steal a bike and cause some serious damage to raise your notoriety to about level 2-3. Escape to a freeway to see the police 'Estrada' bike chase you occasionally. Steal it and take it back to a crib storage area (DONT TAKE TO RIM JOBS UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING TO JUST ADD NITROUS AND RE-ENFORCE IT) If you customize the body panels and paint you will lose the cool bits on it.
No you dont.
you have to join someones game and start a fuzz.
then kill the camera man and before you press (a) or(b)to continue or exit press the button that says (back) to let you quit and press start and quit the game and go on a game in solo and you respone at a harbor type thing and you should have a police suit on. then press start and save it.
(i must warn you that sometimes when people do this they have all of the outfit apart from the top) .
and i dont know how to get the top if this happens but you could try doing the whole thing again
To get the police outfit go online with a friend and make sure HE/SHE is the host and start FUZZ then kill the cameraman and wait until it says Failed while it says that disconnet and save,then tell your friend to invite you and you should be wearing it

If you cant go online for saints row 2 just start fuzz and go to the place where it tells you to, kill the camera man and it will tell you "you have 30 seconds to revive your follower", ignore this and wait till the timer for his health goes to 4 seconds and just press start again and again untill you have lost and you should have the uniform

You need to let donny rig the car first and then drive away so your out of the red circle then you either go to your weapons and look for it or it will aoutomatically show uo after your out of the circle then you press the r1 or r2 buttons and it will detonate
U can start by getting a helicopter, then fly underneath for instance, the marina arches, or any arches you can find you should be able to get a few barnstorming awards for that, as well as open old barns etc, you might also think about trying to fly through wide tunnels or under bridges
You cant customise the saints hideout. It does it automaticaly as you progress through the game. You can customise the other cribs by going onto the icon that looks like a chair

Once you have about 20 hoods (little more or less) the hideout will be fully customized.
When you get to high end retail distrect you should be right in front of the mall, you need to look behind the bus stop and theer is a slant, follow the slant down and go east or west, you should come across a parking spot, its a slant, follow it down to the very bottom, there it should lead you inside the mall, take the elevator, if there is one, down and when you get off the elevator it should be right in front of you
Go to the mall [it looks like a big lump of dirt] go inside the mall go to nobody loves me [cant use waypoints in the mall but can use map and book marks] go on hats and ther ya go

In the police station,just go in and look in ever room till you find the saints logo.after you have listened to the first 1 there r 3 mre,1 after the other. thats wer you find out that julius stiched us up in the first saints row.
It does, if you go on your map you will see a total of 6 bridges, 2 with yellow and 4 without, which means they have train tracks on them, go to the third bridge and go up 3-4cm and it is a brownish building on your map and thats it
