How do I get 4000 points on the level "East Republic Place"?

I had troubles too. What I did is I went through the other levels and checked which ones I didn't complete. When I completed them, you increase your skills. Go for agility. It gives
you more energy.

How do you get more moves on uneven bars? It will only let me do vertical both ways and horizontal both ways! Help!

You just advance each level. You'll open up more moves.

How do you do a move with a diagonal line cause it keeps saying ''oops''?

You have too for example go up then do a diagonal line right after you go up
